Excellent customer service! On vacation and had to have a forgotten compounded prescription transferred and filled. Very pleasant to deal with and had my script ready the same day. This would be my pharmacy if I lived in the area! And they followed up with a thank you phone call for my business a couple of days later. Top notch!

Friendliest folks ever! Never have had any issues or problems here. Courteous, and pretty quick getting prescriptions filled. I absolutely love all of the goodies/gifts/treats that are all around inside the store to browse while waiting. Quality, unique 👌

They were super helpful when my regular pharmacy was out of the drug I needed. I will always use this “personal touch” Mom& Pop cute little pharmacy as a back up over big chain pharmacies that could care less about who the person they’re dealing with.

Last of a dying breed! Great Mom and Pop shop. There is also a jewelry counter located inside. The wait times are a breeze especially compared to large chain stores you wont be disappointed the staff is wonderful the pharmacist's are very nice knowledgeable and willing to take the time to help you when needed. I will always use island when iam in the area as long as they are in buisness!😊

The friendly and accommodating staff at Island Drugs always greet me with a warm smile and call me by name every time I visit! They are anchored by the very best Pharmicists who genuinely care for their clients. I have been to many drug stores in my short life, and I can say without pause, this is the best one I have ever been in!! Not to mention the amazing gifts, jewelry, clothing, art, and home accessories on the island!

Jim, the pharmacist, is always ready to stop and help you with ANY problem. His staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Also that store has the greatest collection of gift and jewelry wear. I can't recommend it highly enough.
