Like everywhere else, Burger King is also not open on the inside. The other morning I went there to get breakfast and their drink machine was out, credit card machine wasn't working, and they were actually Having trouble turning the light on because of some power service interruption. What has happened to this country?

Hours are never as posted. Pulled up at 6:49 PM on a SATURDAY and they tell me they close at 7 PM. What kind of foolishness is this? I have been through their drive thru no less than 4 times, and of those 4, 3 times they were "closed" during seemingly peak hours. Save your time!!!

Come to eat breakfast at 8am. Main reason we come here is because of the awesome playground for my toddlers. Well it's closed. Why? Cause at 12pm it is supposed to start raining and could be dangerous. Let me reiterate. We can't play on the playground at 8am because it is going to rain in 4 hours. So now, my toddlers are upset and crying in the back of my car while we go elsewhere.

I ordered a spicy deluxe chicken sandwich meal add cheese and pickles with a Hersey's pie. They left my pie off, didn't add the cheese or pickles and when I took it back, the chicken sandwich they gave me was so cold and the pie was melted!!!! SO DISAPPOINTED WITH BURGER KING!!!

Some lady on multiple accusations gets attitude and refuses to take orders! I was on hold for 15 to 20 min. Not a word

My husband and I are from out of town and went through the drive through 15 mins before closing. Upon taking the order if the vehicle in front if us, we pulled forward to place our order, but no one acknowledged our presence, even after we repeatedly said "hello, anyone there". So, we went to the door and knocked. A [what appeared to be] manager came to the door and said she didn't hear us and then proceeded to hold up the number 5 and tell us they were closing in 5 mins. Well, we had been waiting 10 mins!! Poor customer service if you ask me. And ues, they lost our business.

Since I couldn't get my survey thing to work (my phone is having issues) I want to put my review here cause I think that this GM deserves the shout out ! Carol Tywan -girl I hope I spelled that right- you are so amazing at what you do. Considering not be able to find people that want to work now days and being 1of 2 workers tonight y'all rocked it! I'm so glad we decided to come to Harpersville instead of Chelsea ! Girl keep rocking those shifts , food was hot and amazing, and the friendliness was amazing too even under such stressful conditions You rocked it and be sure to let the other employee know that we appreciated everything you both did tonight . Thank you for being such hard workers!

I would have a 5 because the food was fantastic, delicious and my parents and me were hungry. The reason I'm not giving a 5 and 3 instead is because the television being tuned to MSNBC and the program that was on. It was about the terrorist group ISIS. It was very disturbing to have to hear about people's body portions being taken off and that's absolutely something I do not want to see or hear when eating at a fast food restaurant or any other time for that matter. 😢 I'm sorry to get graphic but I'm being honest. I'm sure it disturbs others as well. Otherwise, the service and food couldn't be better. 😊

Very rude and unprofessional. Placed order and was told to pull around. Pulled around behind 2 other vehicles to 1st window. No 1 there. After vehicles in front picked up order I went to pick up window. I was told I would have to go back around, get in line and pick my order up at window ( where no 1 was at).. acted just like they could care less if I visit this establishment. Well, you got it.. I will never be back and I live less than 2 miles from it. So sad that Harpersville residents have to put up with such

Pretty good location with good parking and easy access. They technically have two drive lanes but they don't use one and have it blocked off. Strange decision since the screen is partially broken on the one they DO use. 🤷 The teenager who took and delivered my order also was not properly wearing his mask. The food was good.
