This branch has been poorly run for several years now. I keep hoping that it will get new management or change somehow, but that has not happened yet. Today, I had an appt scheduled for 4 pm. I came in and sat down. People walked by me several times without acknowledging my existence. The manager finally said hello after 15 minutes. He was already aware that I had an appt and what it was for. He said someone should be with me in 10 or 15 minutes. If he was aware that I had an appt, he should have been aware that he was saying they were running 30 mins late and should have apologized. The manager sets the culture. After 30 minutes I stopped the person I was to meet with after he walked by me several times. He said it would be another 10 minutes. I left.

One particular employee was very brief, rude, and distasteful. She did not promote any form of better understanding of what l was looking to know and her condescending tone was enough to make me want to change branches entirely. In my opinion she should be let go or informed in better customer service .

I understand that it is coronavirus, but I have been to two Wells Fargo banks trying to pick up a temporary debit card. I walk into the bank, told them what I needed and they asked me to have a seat in the red chair. Relieved I was going to finally get a debit card I took my seat. Only for the man working to come up and tell me he could not fulfill my request today! He said I could drive to another location but he could not do it! Because he couldn’t Man the door and do it safely at the same time! Seriously?? I was the only guest in the bank!

I usually use the drive through here and the person who works the drive through is always extremely nice. She actually remembers my name and is always so helpful. I highly suggest this branch for any drive through needs.

Went for the first time and had a great experience. I went through the drive thru and was met with professionalism and great customer service. If you go inside, ask for Quin. She was wonderful.

This bank lack professionalism. Their employees need to be trained by their coworkers at the branch on Hwy 280.

Bring a counterfeit pen if you're planning on taking cash out of this location. They gave us a fake $50 bill. When we returned to fix the situation as soon as we were able and they were open, they said they can't do anything except take it without reimbursement. They had no way of knowing that they were the source. This was fine and what we expected. The part that I'm not okay with is the teller, Natalie, actually encouraging me to use it elsewhere which is illegal. She was the same teller who gave us the fake currency originally. It was inappropriate to say the least.

No Saturday hours? What kind of place is this? I've never lived anywhere where banks don't have hours on weekends - at least until noon.

I was out of town and had a major accident leaving me hospitalized. My id and Bankcard were damaged in the accident. My other bank (not any more!) Refused to help in any way. When I called Wells Fargo they were courteous and very helpful. The gentleman asked me a number of security questions and within 10 minutes I had the funds i needed in my hand. I was 1000 miles from home stranded, very injured, and hospitalized. Where my former bank said no at every turn...Wells Fargo helped without hesitation. Amazing!!
