This branch has been poorly run for several years now. I keep hoping that it will get new management or change somehow, but that has not happened yet. Today, I had an appt scheduled for 4 pm. I came in and sat down. People walked by me several times without acknowledging my existence. The manager finally said hello after 15 minutes. He was already aware that I had an appt and what it was for. He said someone should be with me in 10 or 15 minutes. If he was aware that I had an appt, he should have been aware that he was saying they were running 30 mins late and should have apologized. The manager sets the culture.
After 30 minutes I stopped the person I was to meet with after he walked by me several times. He said it would be another 10 minutes. I left. ~Daniel
