Was told that my medicine was not in stock, but would be by 2:30pm. 3:00pm rolls around, and they said it wasn’t on the truck and *might* be here tomorrow. Tl;Dr- Switching to another pharmacy that actually has medicine.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy in Calhoun County. They are very rude and incompetent in my opinion. I spoke with someone today and my prescriptions were ready when I got there to get them I was told they were put back due to the time frame of picking them up. Yes they had been ready for at least a week but I was told they were ready to be picked up today. Then the girl was very rude about it. Also there are alot of times you get there and they are closed without warning. I will be moving my business to a more friendly store.

The pharmacy personnel are most incompetent and inconsiderate. I waited over 2 hours because they needed confirmation for a script, MY ANKLE IS BROKEN!! NO CONCERN OR SENSE OF URGENCY

Yes the pharmacist supervisor at this store Becky ,is very rude to her employees and too the patients, she was rude to my 70 year old la mother because she was having a hard time using her asthma inhaler .. she is the main pharmacist at store ..very disrespectful tried to tell her she could use it and then was rude to me as well ya really need a new pharmacist

I've used Walgreens for many years and still do, although not the Jacksonville store. I moved my business to Goldensprings were the folks are great. Awesome pharmacist, never any problems. My issues in J-ville were with a female pharmacist that thinks she's a doctor. She calls your doctor if she thinks you dont need the meds. You are prescribed. She would write smartalic notes on your bag and is a b word to customers.

Friendly employees but sometimes the pharmacy has no clue what's going on in their department. Some times the right hand has no clue what the left hand is doing

The pharmacy use to be great but now they are the worst they are rude and won't do anything yo help patients. There is one older lady there with short dark hair she doesn't need to be working there this place has gone down and I will not be using them again and I know a lot of other that will not be using them again something needs to be done about this

You drop off a script for them to order 2 weeks before its due and they still dont have it nor do they call you. Absolutely the worst pharmacy Ive ever had to deal with.
