If I ever order pizza, its pizza hut. They have some great pizza. Wings are not the best ... Giving 3 stars not based off the food but rather the service.. today I ordered food, drove there, picked it up & got home to realize they gave me the wrong pizza, I called & told them, the guy on the phone didn't seem to believe me? I told him I have my receipt with what I ordered & a pizza that didn't match.. he said bring the pizza back up & my new pizza would be ready in 15 mins. I drive BACK up there & the broad at the window whom originally gave me the order the first time & wasn't too pleasant the first time either, looks annoyed to see me again & looks totally confused about why I'm back, like the manager didn't relay the msg they messed my pizza up.. she's gone from the window for a good 8 minutes & then a new girl comes to the window to tell me, she just put MY pizza in & to pull around & wait 10 minutes.... needless to say, 10 or so mins pass & this girl comes out looking annoyed at me & gives me my food.. like sorry for bothering you, AT YOUR JOB... ??? I won't be ordering pizza for quite awhile..

7pm on a Thursday and we couldn’t sit inside (even though there were other people inside eating and they don’t close for hours) because they “didn’t have a server”. Haven’t eaten inside a Pizza Hut in years and tried to take my seven year old there after a Halloween event. Literally heartbroken. F this place.

I'm so disappointed this time.... I've always come to this one because I've never had a bad experience.... this time, I paid the extra for a pan pizza, didn't check it till we got home & it was a regular pizza.... money & time wasted.

We are never disappointed when we order...but both our pizzas today were outstanding! There was a nice amount of sauces and toppings and the crust was perfectly done and delicious all the way to the edge. We were even given plates and napkins. It was the perfect option for our dinner!

Ordered a pizza and cheese sticks at 5:04 said 25-30 min for delivery didn’t arrive till 6:25 and it was cold.

Cold outside today, but enjoyed a warm pizza with my hubby. We've been enjoying Pizza Hut together for 36 years. A lot of great memories and laughs. Daughters did the Book It program, nice reading incentive! Recommend for all around restaurant. **Update: 2022 We have still been stopping into our neighborhood Pizza Hut and did so tonight. Great service, clean restaurant and good food. Seems like more people should be there!! Love their lunch specials, excellent deals!!

Lady at the window when picking up order was rude and felt the need to tell us: just so you know, we close at 10. I ordered at 9:45 online-if you didn’t want my order than cancel it-geesh. Then pick up took longer stating their oven was messed up so the pizza got messed up and she seemed aggravated like it was our issue for ordering so late. Your pizza isn’t that good where I have to put up with such a bad attitude.

Burnt breadsticks, cold pizza, the driver got lost then acted like it was my fault, and got no napkins or anything for the large dinner box i ordered. Subpar

Clean place. Nice decor. Food is average for pizza hut.nice place to sit and relax. I've never seen this place overly busy. They play great music ..
