The kind of place where your manager expects you to be grateful for the "opportunity" to do 3 peoples jobs for minimum wage. Was in no way clean, we were always coached on how to save money by leaving bad food out longer, and skimping on cleaning supplies. Also a place where my coworker was harrased by customers to the point she had to quit because management and corporate never tried to adequately remedied the situation. ~Bradley

i’d rate this 0-10 if i could. went there just to see cause i was tired of walmart but honestly don’t wasted you time and money here. everything was moldy, expired, and it smelled disgusting in here. just go to walmart or aldis. ~rikki

Jennifer the old woman who claims to be a manager was extremely rude and followed me around the whole store saying very rude comments to me like "are you really window shopping at the dollar tree?" and "please hurry it up I have a job to do" after I never asked her for help.. She had a fowl smell to her as well. I felt extremely uncomfortable. I am not from Niles and I know next time I come to visit my ill grandmother I know not to go get her a pack of hair ties from this dollar tree ever again! ~Kelcye

I am a first-time home buyer with excellent credit. I went to Cortland Bank to try to get a home loan I saw the vice president retail Mortgage Banking officer. I had already found a condo that I wanted to purchase. So I then applied for the loan to buy the condo. After a few weeks I was told I was approved and that I would have to have an appraisal done. So I then paid $525 for an appraisal to be done I thought this was the last step. So the appraisal came back good and a few days after the bank contacted me to tell me that they were not going to finance me because of too many delinquent accounts in the HOA association. I understand where the bank is coming from on that end but in my opinion the bank should have done their research and knew about that before I paid for my appraisal because now I'm not getting that money back and I work hard for my money. That's just not right. You deal with the mortgage guy so that he can look out for you so that you don't get ripped off. If they were going to turn me down for to many delinquent accounts they should have done it before I paid for the appraisal. ~Cindy

I have always supported Charleys in the Eastwood mall, but today was a bad experience. We ordered as usual, person taking the order was nice. We go to the end where you confirm and pick up your order. We told both ladies that the onions were supposed to be grilled for the sandwich, they ignored us, continuing with making the sandwich, so we say it again, she said Well its not written on our end that way, we showed her the receipt, she said again, not my problem, then she said well if its that important i guess i can redo it.. We said never mind, ill take it as is...So then we ask for 2 forks and salt...Once again they acted like we was asking for their life.I have never experienced a neg. attitude ever from this establishment until today. Very disappointed!!! ~James

We live in Warren Ohio. We have two KFC restaurants in Warren but you never can get chicken. If you call or go to elm rd at 8pm or later they say they don’t have enough and the wait is well over a hour… West Market used to be on it. BUT I think Elm rd might be teaching them their tricks because now it’s happening at W.Market. So I called Nile’s KFC (I was honestly ready to hear no). Louisa was the manager tonight and she took my order and was so NICE. Yes I have a large family.. we have to order 2 - 16 piece meals with a extra side it comes to almost $90.00. We own a business and I just feel like Nile’s is the only one who actually takes their jobs serious and they have excellent customer service. So a HUGE shout out to the manager LOUISA and. Seth was working the counter very nice young man. Thank you both for your kindness and great customer service. Thank u Niki ~Niki
