As a kid I used to love this store, although it's a little juvenile for me now, they do have a great selection and very friendly people working. Between the nostalgia and good people, it was a great experience. Thank you.

I thought the experience was great. I seen a pair or slippers I wanted i thought they didn’t have it in my size but the girl Cassie was nice enough to help me out and she was really cute so I would definitely go back again

I walked in carrying a lot of bags and my mask fell under my nose... the cashier yelled at me to cover my face with my mask in front of all the other customers. Very rude and embarrassing. Will never go back. Spent my money at Victoria’s Secret instead!

I took a shirt back because they forgot to take the ink pack off. The first girl acted like i was interrupting her only break of the day. The manager acts like an 18 year old thats trying to get fired. She was cussing like a sailor while slamming the ink pack on the remover, then jams scissors through it for no reason. Then she doesnt want to exchange it because they can't resell it, then continues to rip the shirt in half with her bare hands. Just for the record i know i am a difficult person to deal with but cussing at me while waving scissors around my face is a good way for someone to get hurt. Feb 10 6: 40 pm

They are so rude! They need to work on their customers service if they want customers. Would not recommend this store in a million years and would drive the extra 25 minutes to the next store to be treated like a human. If you don’t want to work somewhere or don’t like people you probably should quit....

Need to work on customer service and not stand next to people watching them and bothering them about the mask beIN over the noise. Won't be back. Awesome stuff inside but not worth having some one follow you around the store.

Whole place smells like a bathroom. There site say they close at 9pm. I'm here at 7:41pm and there closed. Not worth the trip down.

I was asked to leave the store bc I have asthma and my religious beliefs state that I do not cover my face , the civil rights act of 1964 states you can’t discriminate against someone’s religion , it is also recorded and the women working were very rude and threatening so will be reported and taking legal action .
