I’m not a person to complain and have been debating weather or not to write this but Idk what dollar store all these other people are going to. There have been several times I’ve walked out because the line was all the way to the back of the store. I will say it has gotten a lot better recently as far as the line anyway. What’s really aggravates me is when they lock the doors before closing time. I was always under the impression that if a business closes at 10 that is when employees are supposed to shut and lock the doors. It’s ALWAYS a MESS and out of stock and at times the guy has an incredibly loud radio playing. It’s annoying and completely unprofessional. The only reason they got two stars is because the employees (especially the girl) are kind.

Dollar general is my go to places keep me out of Walmart in there is an in and out and the majority time they have it unless we in another pandemic

WOW is this the place to be in town or what? LOL always busy but never have to wait always friendly staff- totally surprised! I normally would only give 4 star because their app has bugs but the staff at this store is ALWAYS so friendly I HAD to give a 5!

Needed a cigarette lighter and out of all the assorted packs the only only priced clearly and correctly were the 1$ 3-pack of the cheap lighters. Dropped them on the way into my house and 2 of 3 lighters exploded on contact.

This the store rather I need anything or not. I always can find something I need while trying to get out my house a min... 👍cause I don't get overwhelmed like wm bc way less folks at he DG!!

Store has always been clean & well organized, but the employees attitudes are the reason for my four star review. There are TWO that have ALWAYS been real nice & respectful. Just TWO! The rest just seem as though they hate life!

Oh yes Dollar General! Home of the cutest plastic 🐸 for your yard! Hopelessly, and always freight in the aisles! But better than Walmart, after a long day at work. For last minute needed items. Bread, milk, eggs and can't forget that cute plastic frog for the kitchen window sill!!

So this afternoon I needed to pick up a few items and the Dollar General on the Parkway is closest to my home. There was a pretty decent crowd there when I walked in and a really long line of folks checking out. Normally when a Iine starts forming the secondary DG employee will come and assist cashing people out, But today I stood in line for over 30 minutes and come to find out there wasn’t a secondary person or anyone to help this poor guy with all of these customers. People were leaving, complaining, and then once we all caught wind that he was flying solo we all felt so badly for him. Someone should be held accountable for allowing this ONE guy to manage this entire store by himself. It was terribly tacky and is uncalled for. Hands down he needed help for sure and it wasn’t that he wasn’t working or ringing people up quickly it was simply he was over run with customers and he was by himself. Dollar General needs to get their priorities straightened out and make sure they’re at least two people working on each day opened. Won’t be back to this location even if it means driving to the other side of town.
