Had to listen to the whole team argue with a guest over whether or not they forgot her sandwhich in drive thru. It went on for at least five minutes. We finally got up and left. Definitely not the environment I want to have my three year old in.

If you get a chance to eat here, DON'T. There were 3 people in front of us waiting for food. 30 minutes later we walked next door to the Subway and got a sandwich. Subway took about 3 minutes to fix the sandwich. Not just bad service, no service.

The rudeness of the employees will shut that place down! My husband walked in to place an order on 10/13/22 and the 2 “ladies” and the guy there just walked around and never took his order. He was the only person inside! AND there were only 2 cars in the drive thru. Do better Burger “King”. You can count on it that we will NOT be back to this location in Livingston, Al.

The only people that were working were chatting outside in their car. We had to wait for them to finish their conversation walk inside for us to order. Oddest experience in a drive thru. I’d go a little further to Hardee’s.

Just a pathetic look at life, I'm thankful for there irresponsible job functioning made me realize I'm eating nasty garbage looking at the floor you reliezed who ever closed up forget to mop...prolly ain't sweep either which leads you to what that back fridge look like how ya sanitary stations and use I mean starting to think COVID came from BURGER KING

Charged for cheese on sandwich, but received no cheese. Enough mayo and lettice on sandwich for three sandwiches. Extremely unfriendly drive through cashier. This is one thing I will not accept. If I choose to purcgase a meal from one of your locations, the cashier should at least pretend to appreciate my business. I will not stop in again. Customer service means absolutely everything. If everything else is 100% correct but I am treated rudely and not told thank you, I will never make another purchase again. Again train your employees to treat your customers with respect and show some appreciation. This rude, no thank you attitude is happening in alot of your locations. I travel all states and it's getting to the point that I'm no longer going to have Burger King as an option for a place to enjoy a meal. CUSTOMER APPRECIATION IS EVERYTHING.

Ouick road trip stop. Food was piping hot, seasoned well. Woman's Restroom was clean and positively fragrant . Clean establishment, staff was very welcoming and friendly to my cubs. Mama bear was pleased. Lol!

Yes best burger king meal I've had in a very long time. Everything was hot and fresh, the young man working the counter was super friendly, between giving good customer service and cleaning, he was wonderful.

Tried to stop and grab lunch about 20 minutes ago. Went inside and there was 1 family of 3, shortly after entering one of the workers locked the front door. Some handicapped customers tried to enter a few minutes later so we let them in not understanding why the door was locked. We understood that the worker had done it when she started shouting to the other worker that she had locked the door. We tried to ask the worker if they were closed and got no answer or acknowledgement of our existence. We proceeded to unlock the door again so we could leave and take our business elsewhere.

The worse worse worse experience at a BK ever. You feel like there is a hidden camera and you're being pranked. The drink machine out front is a waste bc employees are too lazy to refill. No ice. Maybe broken? Idk. It needed cleaning too. When you had to ask for ice or a drink, lady was stiff faced. Why are you there? If you hate your job, please go somewhere else or stay at home. Ppl should work like their bills need to be paid and how they would like to be serviced, not "I don't want to be here" attitude. Another employee had to ask several of us customers what we had...multiple times. Someone else ended up with my whopper with no cheese, extra pickles bc the whopper I received had cheese and 1 pickle. We wondered around looking for a clean wiped table with only 1 other table being used. July 26th, pm time. I know society is changing and ppl don't care like they used to but this was insane. I feel I have to compliment the hot fresh fries bc I don't want to only look at the bad.
