What an experience working with Michelle! She is, hands down, the best breeder I've had the pleasure of working with. Arriving at her quaint home in Mentone, we were greeted by her lovely daughters who quickly brought us our new fur-baby. We loved getting to know the girls, Michelle, and their story. All the facilities were so clean and well-kept, it was clear that the animals were taken care of to the same degree as their human roommates. The other older cats were so friendly and active, I knew we were going to love the kitten we were picking up. Turns out, I was 100% right! Once we signed the papers and got our kitten in the car, she was calm as could be. The whole way home we wondered how we got so lucky and continue to feel that every day. We are so glad we decided to work with Michelle and her amazing American bobtails. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new cat or kitten! Her kittens are worth every penny and you will not regret your decision of choosing this breed as well as the breeder.

I have wanted a bobtail for years, but the hubby keeps telling me no because the price and their upkeep cost to much. I come here to look at the pictures because they, in my book, are the most beautiful cats in the world. Right now I’m looking for a place that will allowed you to come in and play with bobtails, I haven’t found one yet…. Keep up the great work. They are beautiful 😻.

So happy to have found Cherokee Mountain Bobtails. We were relocating from Wisconsin to Florida early September 2020 and we had a bobtail that my husband adopted. LuLu was a stray that we rescued and she was a classic bobtail in looks and personality. We loved her so much. Unfortunately, she got ill and we took her to the vet August 8, 2020 and she was sedated to take x-rays and she never woke up. Her death was a complete shock. We were lucky to have shared our lives with her for the past 7 years but she was way too young to die. Well, the thought of moving without her was so depressing that I made the decision to get another bobtail. Hubby and I ended up getting two kittens, brother (Jericho) and sister (Stella) from the same litter, born on June 24, 2020, which also happens to be our 30th wedding anniversary! We picked them up on-route to Florida and they are just the most beautiful and loving kittens I've ever known and I cannot say enough about my Cherokee Mountain Bobtail babies! They are so wonderful and special! They amaze me every day! Michelle and family really care for their kittens and the kittens are so happy and healthy because of the excellent care they receive for the first several weeks of their lives. I didn't think I would survive the loss of my LuLu but Jericho and Stella have healed my broken heart. If you want a truly extraordinary and unique cat (or cats), Cherokee Mountain Bobtails is the place to go.

We got our kitten (that we named Pinecone) in March of 2017. Cherokee Mountain Bobtails, and particularly Michelle Evans, were so helpful on the purchase and advice on feeding and neutering Pinecone. Michelle even helped me arrange superb transportation of our little package from Mentone, AL to San Francisco CA. Almost 2 years later, we just spoke about nutrition and she remembered our kitten and shared how she was anxious the whole trip from Mentone to his new home in San Francisco. This breeder is meticulous, professional, and loves her cats! And Pinecone is wonderful!!

Cherokeemountainbobtails have the most amazing kittens and Michelle the owner is wonderful, she's more of a mom to these beauties than just a breader, she really cares about each and everyone of her cats and kittens, and trust me the proof is in the loving beautiful kittens you are lucky enough to get, I love mine unconditionally and he's amazing😆❤ The previous post was posted 10 mths ago, since then I have gotten another beauty, a tortie colored girl, my other one needed a companion and he fell in love with her just as I did, I love them greatly, this breed is amazing, my female plays fetch and likes to do flips it's so cute, my male is a very big cat, but is a gentle giant, he likes to cuddle with me or her, he puts his arm around her and when they get to playing it's funny, crazy, and great entertainment, I thank Cherokee Mountain Bobtails so much for my fur-babies they have brought such great joy, love and companionship back in my life, they are very healthy too, Michelle the owner is very nice and is so hands on with the kittens from birth until they leave with their new family, they are overall such great cats due to the love and care she puts into them, I'm lucky I happened upon her website, it was a sign, these babies were meant to be mine!!! ❤❤❤😼😻 there are more pics on my page also...
