This is the only place I bring my car. I had a nail in my tire and since I bought them there it was free to patch it so it's always nice to see people that don't wanna screw you when it comes to your car. The staff is always friendly.

This pep boys location is the mfn best lol. I went in and got my car serviced. The manager John Was awesome and very professional. The technician that fixed my car. I think his last name was William from the receipt (would be wrong lol). Was awesome as well. They saved me from spending hundreds of dollars on just a simple fix. Thank yall again 😁😁 God bless

Horrible service made appointment and sat for over 2 hours and they still didn't even touch it .My advice to anyone needing anything other than just tires or oil go somewhere else they are only out for your money and could care less about your time .Big Facts.

Best service and care that I've ever received from a car repair shop. Today I went on their website and began the towing process. From there they began texting me for updates on my car. They diagnosed and repaired my car the same day it was towed. Everywhere else I called to ask about diagnostics couldn't even get that done for a couple of days. And the icing on the cake was when they called to let me know my repair was done, I was still waiting at the car rental place so they hired a Lyft and had me brought to their shop. I didn't even have to get a rental car!! Found my new permanent shop for all our cars.

I highly recommend this location. The staff and management are absolutely fantastic! Highly professional, absolutely on time. Appoint was at 9:00, and my truck was being worked on by 9:05. Quality of work was flawless. As a 28+ year Aircraft Mechanic and Quality Control Inspector, I'm very critical of work being performed, and the service I received here was without a doubt, superb. I previously used the Tillmans Corner location exclusively for more than 10 years, however, the service, quality, and timeliness of work done there in the last 6 months had been sketchy at best, having found loose hardware, missing items, and 1 stripped wheel stud. I have since switched to the Airport location and wish I had a LONG time ago. The manager Dylan, has to be the most knowledgeable and professional person I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with, ANYWHERE! Do yourself and your vehicle a favor, and use this location for all of your maintenance needs.

I made a 8 am appointment and it took 3 & 1/2 hrs for a oil change. Where they said I got a 30% Discount and the bill was still 52$ which I asked for the cheapest oil change. I love pep boys just won't go back to this location ever again

The customer service was excellent and efficient…Kay at the front end met all my expectations and was very consistent in communicating with me about my vehicle. The technician Gary also consulted with me about all services that were rendered and assured all services that were performed. I highly recommend Airport and Schillenger Rd Location…for deals..product and service knowledge…and they even offer a shuttle service.
