I really have to say that Tameron Honda Service Center completely exceeds expectations. Sierra is one of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve met in a customer service role. She keeps the client informed and truly listens to make sure all information and concerns are captured from the client. Truly amazing. Leslie my service advisor goes above and beyond for my family and I, blain the service tech is also amazing he takes the time to come out and listen to your concerns about your car. He does a amazing job fixing it. My whole experience was terrific and I was kept informed throughout the whole process of my car being repaired. Leslie and the tech always is wonderful and makes sure all my concerns are answered and taken care of.

From moment one to moment done the experience at Tameron was a good one. I had been looking to purchase a vehicle for months with absolutely no luck. I live in Pensacola and all the lots in Car City are either empty or picked over completely. I made the drive to Daphne and I’m so glad I did! The salesman was relaxed and let us peruse at our own pace. The prices are ALREADY ON THE CAR. And the prices and selection are REALLY GOOD. Our salesman, Dylan Vines, was a pleasure. He was laid back, knowledgeable and not pushy at all. I would definitely recommend Tameron.

Mrs. Nancy was very helpful. She checked on me while I waited in the waiting area for my car. She offered me a shuttle to eat or shop instead of having to wait there. She was very sympathetic to my having to wait for my car. I brought my car in to have air conditioner worked on and let’s just say it took a long while 😂😂. She was awesome ! She got me a rental so I could go home after being there from 8 am to 3 pm. By far great experience! Thank you again Mrs. Nancy.

I originally was to see someone else but I am so very glad Chris Homan was my sales rep. He was a jam up great guy, very real and honest (not the typical car salesman stereotype) and cared about what I wanted as well as what I needed in a vehicle. The sales guy name Tyson Cawley is terrible when it comes to the client preference. He doesn't listen to the client. We were supposed to meet with another guy and all of sudden he took over. This isn't a way a business is supposed to run. I will never come back. The sad part in one office you have 3 to 4 people in there not helping customer and another office that has 4 or 5 in there. There are other customers that are highly upset cause of lack of customer service.

I would love to give a big shout-out to Dylan Vines in the Pre-Owned Sales department. I just purchased a 2018 Nissan Pathfinder S SUV. He was definitely very thorough with making sure we knew the ends and outs about the vehicle. He didn't hesitate to answer any questions that we had. All I can say is if you are looking for and amazing salesman Dylan Vines is the man from his personality to his work ethics he is truly a wonderful salesman... I see why he has received salesman of the month several times because he works hard and is definitely a dedicated individual.
