No service. They just have conversations and ignore their customers. I then asked a question and the STORE LEADER got an attitude with me. I will inform EVERYONE never to come here.

The employees unfortunately try to push certain games and warranties too hard. Also doesn't help when they pull the gate across an hour early blocking anyone from coming in an hour before close.

went here to get a series X yesterday, not only did was I pressed over 3 times to get the warranty that I declined, all of a sudden the my trade credit card wouldn’t work and he couldn’t manually enter it. Went to another gamestop and figured I might as well settle for a series S the sale with my trade credit card went through fine. Felt as if I was being mistreated. I don’t recommend this gamestop to anyone.

Tried to scam me out my Xbox twice. First time they said it had dust which it didn’t cause i cleaned it before i went but they took my 2 friends xboxs and one lf theirs could only stay on for 10 minutes. And the second time the guy didn’t put it on the right hdmi on his tv and tried to say the screen wasn’t popping up then I went home and it worked perfectly and that was with the xbox series s on default settings. Dont ever buy a game from them either go on g2a and get it hella cheaper and own it forever or just buy the game on whatever console or steam. If you wanna return something find a better place they undervalue everything by more then 60% it is ridiculous.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with Gamestop. Ordered a gift for my son. It ended up being for the wrong platform. I bought it online and was told it wouldn't even be delivered since I called 30 min after ordering it. It was delivered anyway and then I was told to take it to a Gamestop location and that they would help me get it sent back. I go to this location last night and "William" had every excuse of why he couldn't help me and told me of 3 other places to go. Spent almost $30 on an Uber to this location since I couldn't drive due to recent surgery. My son called ans gave William a piece of his thoughts and then William said he could help if I came back. More money wasted because someone didn't feel like working. So i left and decided NOT to purchase the headset and gaming keyboard I was going to purchase while I was there. HORRIBLE

I needed an adapter for a Nintendo 64 to work on a high definition TV. I was lost as to what I needed. Tyronne(sp) was top notch in his customer service. He was knowledgeable and fixed me up with the adapter I needed. He spent time with me and my experience was great. Excellent customer service. Thanks Tyronne(sp).
