Yes I'm at the Daphne Cricket store and I'm in the 80 year old woman I bought a new phone yesterday and Semmes Alabama because I moved over here and I always went to them I had to go back and exchange one Nathan has been so happy to helpful at the Daphne store and I feel secure now because he's making my phone work again for me and I almost left Cricket but because of Nathan I'm sticking with you and I think he needs to be recognized thank you

Clean, well lit, store; just a little hard to see from the road, even using navigation. Staff were all friendly and knowledgeable, Kylyn was especially helpful. He steered my in the right direction and I left with a much better phone than I thought I could get. I would have spent too much if I would have gone to a big box retailer, or even online; or ended up with something sub-par. Great experience!

Bubba is an EXCELLENT sales person. He is very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He usually works in Semmes but sometimes helps out at Daphne. Cricket is an excellent cell phone provider and SunCom wireless, the Authorized Retailer for that location, is the best!!!
