We visited this BOA on a Saturday and were turned away because they didn’t have a banker available and we didn’t have an appointment. Are appointments required? Answer, “No.” Ok, that’s fine, so we made an appointment for 9AM Monday morning. It’s now Monday morning and we arrived a few minutes early for our appointment. The lobby is supposed to open at 9:00. It’s 9:30, the lights are out, and the door is locked. So frustrating.

Myself and fellow managers are constantly being harassed by Jeff and Adrian every time we enter the building. Unfortunately we are forced to use this branch due to our business. We have tried to work with them to come in on better days (funny that the customer has to appease the business providing the service) but we still get to hear comments uttered under their breath and to other customers. It is completely unprofessional. You know what day and around what time we come in every week-maybe you should be better prepared to make everything run smoothly instead of standing back and complaining and forcing us to step back and wait. We’re customers too.

Have been using this bank for years through work, and it started out so well. Over time Adrian, the teller has become extremely rude and doesn't want to help us or when he does, is rude about doing so. After a big issue, we spoke to the manager of the establishment, Jeff Fluharty, and let's just say.... He was literally no help to us either. He made it seem like it was our fault and made no effort to fix the situation. Unfortunately we can't stop using this bank due to our company.

Not sure what changed. I have been banking with BofA as a small business owner for years. Suddenly, and without explanation, they are putting 2-week holds on checks from my customers. On my end, nothing has changed. Same customer, same account, similar amount, etc. Now I have to wait weeks to access cash,. To think that I was told by BofA that they understood small businesses like mine. Small businesses live and die by half a month's worth of cash. Luckily, bills are paid and payroll is covered. Coincidentally (or not), I have been inundated with solicitations from BofA for business loans and there is a link next to my checking account on the BofA web site that says "get your money faster" that sends me to a promotional page. Like my kids say, not cool.
