I just have to say…BRAVO to the staff at this location!! I hardly ever take time to write reviews on places but every single time I leave that drive thru I always say to myself “I need to write a review” so here I am, finally doing it!! Every single staff member I have encountered has always been BEYOND pleasant with me and I’ve even heard them being sweet/helpful/joking with cars in front of me on the intercom to so I know they are giving all customers equal OUTSTANDING service! I wish I knew some of their names to give a legit shout out to but honestly, they’re all great. I feel like I’m todays world, kindness is not spread enough and I know first hand being in customer service/food service…it is FAR from being an easy job so for them to go that extra mile and always have smiles and just being kind and helpful…it really can make someone’s day. You never know what someone else is going through and every little bit of kindness can help, even from a stranger :) keep up the great works guys (and gals)

Oooh baby. Never again. Not only was our order missing items but the items we did get were wrong and/or missing meat entirely. We had ordered a combo and noticed that it was missing. We went in to get it and the new order they made us was entirely wrong. So they had two chances to get it right and still couldn’t get it together. In their defense, we had a big order with customizations. But I feel like they just gave us whatever in the hopes we didnt notice until too late. Do better please.

I had an excellent experience here I went and the general manager there was very nice and took my order , I went in and out it felt nice to be greeted and complimented when walking in , if I could give more stars I would . Thank you for the awesome customer service Ricky . Will definitely be returning !

I can’t believe the awful experience I just had at the 7622 S Osborne are, Upper Marlboro, MD Taco Bell. The staff completely messed up my order. Not a single item was correct. They asked me to pull around to the front to clear the drive thru. And rather than fix my order asap, they chose to take care of 10+ more customers and waste even more of my time. Then came to the door fulfilling another customer that came after my order, informing me that they hadn’t started mine. I immediately asked for a refund and they spent another 10 minutes trying to refund my cash order because they chose to deduct the blue slushee that I didn’t even order because they were out of cherry. They even laughed as I noted that they didn’t provide my entire refund back. I will never ever go to this store again and the experience has tarnished my view of Taco Bell as a company. I’ll recommend others not to go to this store as well. Just shut down the store and find another place to eat. 1 star is too generous for this Taco Bell.

I’ve come to the realization I have NEVER received my order 100% accurate. There’s always something missing, or not made per the order placed. It’s to the point now that I have to check every item, every time- before I drive away. What’s worse is that my order never changes. Ugh- It’s almost worth the drive to Dunkirk or Bowie.

Every time I visit this establishment it is always 100% perfect. The food is always hot and fresh, the customer service is always top shelf. Its always clean, from the front doors all the way to the restrooms. Please keep it up Taco Bell, establishments like this are hard to find in this day and age.

My favorite Taco Bell. My niece loves tacos and when I was pregnant this was a craving so I frequent here often. The staff have always been pleasant and service quick. My order is always correct with the exception of one time they forgot a drink but when I reminded them they gave me a size up. It was a slushy and I was pregnant at the time so it was greatly appreciated.

If you ever find yourself on Route 301 S., save your appetite until you get to this Taco Bell. For my first dining experience since March 2020, I couldn’t have picked a better restaurant. From the time I walked in and was delightfully greeted by Kamayia until I left, everything was first rate. The food was delicious, it was prepared exactly as ordered and ready quickly, the dining room was spotless as was was the ladies’ room. (Ladies, you know how important a clean, well stocked restroom is!) Thank you Kamayia and all the staff at Taco Bell 031611 for making my visit so pleasant…..and especially thank you for working during the pandemic.

It's fast that tastes good. Service was good. What else can you say about Taco Bell? The do offer kiosks for customer convenience. You better star getting used to them because that's all you're gonna be able to order when Maryland mandates $15/hr minimum wage.
