What a waste of location! I called on Friday to put in my prescription. The idiots at the pharmacy said it will be ready on that same day and they will call me once it's filled. I waited and NO CALL! It's a holiday weekend so I called back the next business day Tuesday, to see what was going on! The liar said, "oh Don't worry we will fill it today!" I'm looking on my CVS app and it says they are out of stock!" How didn't you know that you have no inventory before saying you can fill an order? Wouldn't it make sense to check stock first?! Now I have to call back AGAIN! My 3rd time!! I really try to be nice but this is utterly ridiculous and they are going to hear my mouth. They need to do better. If you can avoid this location STAY AWAY!!

For the past year, I’ve been having my prescriptions filled at this CVS location (we moved to Upper Marlboro from Bowie). I have had nothing but positive interactions with both the pharmacist and staff. Each and every time I come here, everyone is so helpful and courteous. In fact, the pharmacist on duty goes above and beyond each and every time I’ve had a quote concern about my prescription. I know people have their reasons for writing negative reviews but I just wanted to come and show love to this CVS Pharmacy location. They always do right by me and I can’t thank them enough.

This was the worst experience I have ever had at CVS dealing with medication. Transferring from 1CVS to another in state. The lady over the phone was so rude she acted like she couldn't transfer my medicine fa medicine from 1CVS to another CVS that's to another CVS that is encounter.. Once I get here it's not even transferred, or Prepared for me to pick up . If I could go somewhere else like Walgreens I would

Called CVS Engleside location in regards to transferring medications to the Croom-Crain Hwy location; since I relocated to this area, and was advised for transfers "simply contact" the desired CVS. When I reached out to the desired CVS, Croom-Crain Hwy location, and simply asked if "she" could look at my profile and see if I had any prescription that required refilled. The CVS representative told me, "I had to tell her which prescriptions", after explaining what the other location indicated, she repeated her previous response, was make NO attempts to support me. I am confused, whatever happened to customer service, now I see why this location has a 2.4 rating. I rather stay with my old location or simply move all my medications to Safeway. So disappointed! Hope CVS finds employees that want to be health care advocates, this experience was very disappointing- not all CVS locations are alike-that is for sure.

Horrible customer service. Pharmacy hung up on me in the middle of me talking. Called to pick up rx after they told me it would take an hour. When I called back she said it’s not ready give us an hour.. I said I’ve already been told this and she hung up. Very unorganized rude and surprised how some of them even got hired…

I went in to pick up my disabled daughter prescription and was meet with terrible customer service from Yolanda in the pharmacy department. She was rude, aggressive and displayed poor communication skills. I’ve never had this experience going to this pharmacy usually everyone including the pharmacist is fantastic. The pharmacist tech Yolanda needs to be retrained on customer service and reread her job description because she is unprofessional and Yolanda lacks communication skills while dealing with the public.

Staff at this location have always been wonderful. December 4, 2021 around 4:45 pm, I called 5 pharmacies in my area looking for an OTC medication before I found it at this location at 5:18 pm. I appreciate that the store employee took the time to check the shelf for me and that I did not have to drive to all 5 locations. The correct OTC was waiting for me when I arrived to pick it up at 6:58 pm!

The pharmacist at this location was SO nice. He took his time to explain what I needed and was just so pleasant. The young lady was not so nice name Ayia. She keep rolling her eyes asking me the same question over and over like my answer was going to change. When I gave her the same answer after the 3 or 4 time she caught an attitude when she realized she couldn’t help me. But other than that really nice CVS.

The pharmacy area and especially the room where the vaccine is administered was completely trashed. There was trash & dirt on the carpet, trash can overflowing, etc. The person that administered my shot was openly, in the middle of the pharmacy floor (not behind the desk or in private) was speaking loudly to a customer about his meds & insurance. Truly a violation & just plain disrespectful. Another customer & I kept looking at each other in disbelief that he was violating many protocols! There were other pharmacy staff speaking to other customers too without regard to HIPAA violations or just common courtesy & respect to another person while servicing them. If customer/patient service is not what you want to do, why are you there? No job integrity at all & this representation is obviously okay with CVS coperate. It was very disheartening that CVS allows this type of behavior & appearance. We're still in the middle of a pandemic & the store was unclean & trashed. The carpet is colored therefore all the trash (bandaid wrappers, tissues, etc) & debris is visible & anyone could easily see the floor hadn't seen a vacuum in a long time. Very disappointed & appalled that you would advertise that you provide many vaccines & expect that anyone would feel comfort & trust from such a horrible & unclean atmosphere.

This is strictly for the pharmacy; the store itself is fine and has a nice selection of items. As for the pharmacy, they really have poor customer service. I've been trying to refill a prescription for nearly a week now. Initial refill order was submitted online. I was told it would be ready the following day by the automated service. It was not. I called the pharmacy and was informed the medication was not in stock, but it would be ready the following day. It was not. I called again, a day after it was supposed to be ready and spoke with a lady. She informed me that the medication was due to arrive that day, and a call would be issued when they received it. Again, no call. At that point, I said skip it and decided to see if I could transfer my prescription as it is now nearly a week since it was supposed to be ready. Initially, if the CVS you order from does not have your medication in stock, they are supposed to offer to see if a neighboring facility has it. None of that was done. Each time I called the pharmacist seemed in a rush to get me off of the phone. I understand they may be busy, but that still does not excuse such poor customer service in the medical industry. Delays in medication or mix-ups in pharmaceutical drugs can have dire consequences. If you cannot take the job seriously and provide efficient service, find a different career. Will not return.
