The chicken is always so inconsistently seasoned. Sometimes it’s flavorful and well seasoned and other times it tastes like nothing. I had to dig in my bowl to see if they actually put chicken in it because I couldn’t taste it. And when getting an online order, they rarely if ever fill the bowl up like they would if you ordered in person.

Today I spent 80 dollars on bowls that I received that look like pictures below. Ths fact that anyone working in food service would allow this to leave even though I paid for extra protein on all my bowls. On one bowl there is literally 12 pieces of meat. Is this a joke. This location continues to have horrible service. In fact most of the locations in pg county deliver horrible service.

It's Chipotle so the food is good 👍 There is usually quite a wait for online orders. Today the staff seemed overwhelmed and the security personnel helped to pack the online orders for pickup without gloves! Sanitizing or washing hands. This defeats the efforts of the sanitized and gloved up employees. Parking is tight during peak hours. The place is well maintained and clean. *Edit* I ordered 5 dinner bowls today and the portions were rationed! See pictures. Some with no veggies and others with very little beef and rice. This place has become a hit or miss. The images are orders for one steak and chicken bowl with white rice, fajita veggies, fresh tomatoes and sour cream. And three chicken bowls with white rice, chilli salsa, cheese and romaine lettuce.

They had a sign on the door saying they were only taking online orders. That’s inconvenient but ok. I ordered online left with my food and when I got to my destination I found out they got my order totally wrong and it was cold. My soda was flat. Out of five fountain soda options two were labeled out of order the rest all were producing flat soda. Of course I paid online so I couldn’t get a refund. I didn’t touch a bite and drove back to the location. They unlocked the door let me inside and remade my food but I must say the inside station where they prepare the food was disgusting and the sour cream in my bowl taste very expired and had a cottage cheese type consistency. I threw the whole new order in the trash. Waste of time and $$$.

Do not order your food online. For whatever reason, the rice is WAY under cooked when you order online/app. Almost unable to chew. My order today confirmed it wasn't just a 1 time thing. My last 3 online orders, I got very under cooked rice. Disappointing

Clean this place up. The young employees were very polite but the dining area was filthy. Trash can over flowing, no napkins, no utensils.The young lady that was attempting to clean the food preperation area was literally smearing sour cream all over the counter with the same nasty cloth. Food was everywhere my wife refused to eat here. Y'all can do better .

I will start by saying 99% off the staff was great, and the food was fine. But there was one staff member who was EXTREMELY EXTREMELY rude. My husband has a severe food allergy. And by severe I mean that even the slightest cross contamination can cause anaphylaxis and a hospital visit. He is allergic to dairy, and because the staff at the burrito rolling stage of the assembly line touch handfuls of cheese, it is not safe for them to immediately handle his food after that. The solution is a simple glove change. It’s incredibly awkward to ask but it is necessary so my husband doesn’t die. We’ve been to a million other locations and it has never been an issue. But the woman at this Chipotle was exceptionally rude about it. She sighed and eye rolled and acted like we were causing the biggest inconvenience of her life. For a glove change! It wasn’t a brief eye roll either. It was sustained and repeated behavior. We don’t like asking for accommodations but it’s necessary for him to be able to eat safely. This location (and really just this one woman) needs training on food allergies, and maybe just plain customer service. It really ruined our visit. I was appalled at her behavior. I have never in my life experienced staff in any restaurant behave this poorly

When placing my order, the server was rushing me. She didn’t seem to be interested in letting me decide which ingredients I wanted in my bowl. I requested guacamole. I was shocked to see them serving brown guacamole that tasted cold and terrible.

Man y’all good for ordering in but ordering online is thee worse experience ever and this has happened more than once. I am just sick of it now so I had to speak on it. Please do better, what if I brought this in after receiving it and showed y’all out for this nonsense.
