Gentlemen I spoke with had a sorry attitude, when I went to return router. Btw for anyone reading this, you can not return your equipment in store and this guy gets a hard on telling you no. Just get fiber internet with someone else

I walked into this store and they immediately don’t acknowledge you are there. Pretty obvious African Americans aren’t their favorite type of customer. I was returning equipment and was turned away being told only place to make those returns were at UPS. This is bad service because I just spoke with spectrum customer service the night before & they told me any spectrum store or UPS. What spectrum store doesn’t take equipment?? The associate said the policy just changed, which was BS. I honestly think they didn’t want to do the work. Rather make sales and get commission and treat others like they are insignificant while smirking in their face. BAD SERVICE. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS LOCATION. - STORE MANAGER EDDIE GONZALEZ

You'll get billed for a full month and even if you close the service in the middle of that period, you'll be expected to pay for the full month, even though you couldn't use the service even if you wanted to. No one ever mentioned that when I signed up for the service, but you'll get told it's in the fine print on your bill....that you get after you signed up for service. Even if you are closing the account because you're moving and they don't have service where you're going your still stuck paying for something you didn't get.

We had to switch apartment units after a month, and it was a disaster trying to switch our internet. We were told when we went into the Spectrum store initially to come back after we moved, since they would waive the activation fee for our transfer. I'm not sure what exactly the employee did for 15 minutes while we were in the store, but he didn't end up cancelling our prior account properly. We had to call Spectrum MULTIPLE times (calls over an hour long each) because we couldn't activate our new equipment without a new account (not mentioned once to us when we were in the store), our payments were not applied correctly, and our billing window went ONE DAY over our prior contract so we got double billed and only got part of it waived, since the aforementioned prior account didn't get cancelled until two weeks later. Not happy that this wasn't done properly in the store, that we spent hours of time on the phone, and at the end of the day our "transfer" resulted in us still double paying. We're probably not going to use Spectrum after we move again since it's been such a hassle.

This store specifically is very poorly managed. I walked in to do a drop off for some equipment. There was one person working a register and two workers milling about while several customera waited for the lone guy at the register. After waiting 30 minutes, I was next up in line, and one of the workers who was milling about walked up to me and said, “I don’t have access to the system, you’r be better off taking it to UPS and dropping it off there.” They literally have like 10 computers not being used, and I was literally standing in their store. This store just wants to make a sale. Go elsewhere.

Very Pushy Customer Service I walked in the door to make a cash payment and they tell me they don't take cash and he walks away. I'm Hello I wanted to pay my cable and change my phone service from T Mobile! Definitely rethinking that now😂. Who has a store and they don't take cash payments.

Spectrum has the Worst Technicians in history . I waited 8 hrs for a tech that never showed up nor called , and had the audacity to lie and say that called and came by !!!! Which I was home alllllll freaking day. And every time I called customer service they had a new excuse of why he was late . And why he couldn’t be honest rather than lie. Not to mention they escalated the issue 4 times. This is day 3 , I missed work and my kids missed home school to this issue !!! I really hope another company buys them out and hire better quality employees. Instead of hiring employees who are just Riding The Clock For A Free CHECK!!!!! 😡

the worst customer service, they treat you like trash or like you are asking for charity. That's only in the store because I had to call customer service and they solved my problem easily. They should better train their staff in both technology and customer service.

My wife and I went in to add cell service to our existing internet plan. We were greeted by Mike who made the whole experience easy and painless. He got both our numbers ported over as well as our apps, contacts etc…Mike was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the technology and plans. Thank you Mike!

I went here to return my spectrum equipment the lady was rude and would not let me return. Telling me I had to go to UPS just because they have a contract with them. I had contacted customer service before and they informed me to go to spectrum or ups and it should be fine. That’s why I went to the store. After the encounter I called customer service again and told them what happened. The customer service representative explained that all stores are able to return equipment if they have give out equipment they can return it. Customer service said yes they do have a contract with UPS but they don’t force customers to go there. Maybe this store needs to be retrained on their own policies not only customer service tells me I can return at the store but the website says I can return in store also. Multiple complaints about this store and sales reps being rude. Be careful.
