Best vegetarian restaurant in Upper Marlboro, Maryland (MD) 2024

I can’t believe the awful experience I just had at the 7622 S Osborne are, Upper Marlboro, MD Taco Bell. The staff completely messed up my order. Not a single item was correct. They asked me to pull around to the front to clear the drive thru. And rather than fix my order asap, they chose to take care of 10+ more customers and waste even more of my time. Then came to the door fulfilling another customer that came after my order, informing me that they hadn’t started mine. I immediately asked for a refund and they spent another 10 minutes trying to refund my cash order because they chose to deduct the blue slushee that I didn’t even order because they were out of cherry. They even laughed as I noted that they didn’t provide my entire refund back. I will never ever go to this store again and the experience has tarnished my view of Taco Bell as a company. I’ll recommend others not to go to this store as well. Just shut down the store and find another place to eat. 1 star is too generous for this Taco Bell. ~Amir
