Myself and fellow managers are constantly being harassed by Jeff and Adrian every time we enter the building. Unfortunately we are forced to use this branch due to our business. We have tried to work with them to come in on better days (funny that the customer has to appease the business providing the service) but we still get to hear comments uttered under their breath and to other customers. It is completely unprofessional. You know what day and around what time we come in every week-maybe you should be better prepared to make everything run smoothly instead of standing back and complaining and forcing us to step back and wait.
