The staff is friendly and the store is always clean . I bought a parfait that was a little tangy, I was able to return it without a receipt. Although it was only $4, I was pleased when she didn't make Me walk back to the car to get it. Excellent customer service

Always LOVE, my shopping experience here. I LOVE the staff, but the night staff 110%, I dropped my money leaving out the store and the gentleman holding the door quickly ran into me in the parking lot. Wish I'd gotten his name. You no who are and GOD will keep your blessing rolling. Thank you again!

This Publix has the nicest staff and some of the friendliest faces you will see in your grocery shopping experience! Saying that, I have never had a bad shopping experience at any Publix I have patroned, however, I personally shop at the Publix at Midtown and it is definitely a pleasure! I would know...I am in there almost everyday! I enjoy shopping fresh and they are most definitely always fresh and presentable. Always clean!

Had the best experience at the bakery tonight. Everything is made fresh so by the end of the night the selection is smaller, but a king employee named Mia helped me find everything I needed. She was so polite and genuine. Shopping was truly a pleasure!

This store is one of my favorite Publix locations in Mobile. I love to shop for groceries here. I am disabled and can always find a working cart to use. It is neat as a pin; nothing ever seems out of place. The floors are clean and the aisles are wide, uncluttered and easy to shop. The regular and sale prices on the shelves are clearly marked. The canned goods, the refrigerated and frozen foods and the dairy section are in-stock and in date. The lights are all working and bright inside and outside in the parking lot. The parking lot is clean and safe. The deli and bakery are clean and full of tempting items. The employees are polite and eager to help you out. Two standout employees that I always look for are Asia, in the bakery, and Vicky, at the check stand. Thanks to all of you for making it an easy and enjoyable experience!

This is a great grocery store. They are clean and safe and have everything you may need or want. I really like their bakery and they have wonderful fresh produce. Staff there is nice and will help you if you need assistance.

2nd time visiting and 1st time going in. Still practicing social distancing, Yeah!! Everything is clean, spacious and Staff is very friendly and helpful. Love their Recipes Cards! Went to the Meats Dept. and talked to the butcher. We ask about a specific item that we didn't see and the butcher provided from the back for us. WOW! didn't know they do that anymore, that's definitely a reason to go back there again. They have Recycle Bins outside at the front. Meals Kits & Ready to eat meals prepared. The Deli Dept is very nice! Love the Utensils Receptacles near the Deli Dept and the Drink Machine! It was a very nice experience.

I stayed in the car, while my daughter went in because I Don't Shop at Publix, so I observe from inside my car. The place was a little crowded, social distancing and mask required. I saw every Customer that went in and came out, had on a mask, even the kids. Saw an Employee wiping down shopping carts. Even saw Managers helping bringing in shopping carts. Easy in and out.
