Went in with previously self-bleached hair and a mental image of what I wanted done. Left with much healthier feeling hair, and the exact color I wanted. Colleen was great at working with me, and making my vision come to life. Definitely recommend!

We needed appropriate products for a news anchor client and I reached out to Broocks Hutcherson, Retail Operations Manager, at the Springdale store in Mobile, AL for guidance. She met us at the front door and then introduced us to her beauty consultant, Jeremy. Jeremy met every product need, answered every question and found exactly what this client needed for a super natural AND flawless look for camera. Big thanks to Broocks and Jeremy.

DO NOT GET YOUR HAIR CUT HERE!! I went to see Colleen and asked for a trim and to give me some longer layers(nothing dramatic but you know some dimension) THIS IS WHAT SHE LET ME LEAVE WITH. Never in my life has a person cut my hair so poorly. I’m so mad at this choppy disaster. I do t leave reviews but I just feel like you should know my experience. Don’t do it.

Ran in to purchase some perfume. Well that was the plan, but I'm so indecisive. Meg ( I think that was her name) was so helpful. She took the time to help me pick out the scents. I was very pleased with my choices and service.

I try to give this Ulta a chance a lot due to the fact that they always have what I need in stock but this was the last straw. Customer service is so minimum, I never want to blame it on race but I see a difference every time my kind enters. the only person to address me is the manager any time I come. I politely asked an employee on the floor for help on two separate occasions and he ignores me and walk away every-time and address someone else. So rude for no reason. They didn’t have a perfume I wanted to buy even thought it said in stock online. I didn’t want to buy online due to me leaving before possible arrival. An employee told me about door to door and reassured me multiple times it would get here way before I leave. Not only did she ship a completely different perfume, it also won’t get here until I come back. I immediately went back in the store after the receipt came to my phone and they were nonchalant about it and told me I would have to wait and walked off. I’m so annoyed and frustrated. Never again.

The people that work there are usually always friendly and helpful. Lately they have been out of alot of items but I don't blame them... To me it goes deep into politics which I will not get into. Well lite parking and lots of spaces. Clean.

I was split dye and wanted to go full blonde, and Colleen at the Ulta Salon did it!! I was not expecting to see the difference in my color I did with one session. Both sides look the same and sooo good! She is super friendly, very thorough, and I would highly recommend her!

Ms. Colleen did her thing and transformed my hair to a beautiful, honey blonde!! This was my first time at this salon and I can definitely say my expectations were exceeded! She is a very attentive hairdresser and strives to make sure your time there is well accompanied and you leave satisfied with your hair results! I recommend you guys to go check her out ASAP!!

I had the best hair experience with Colleen. It was my first appointment with her so I was really nervous but she made me feel very comfortable. She asked me a lot of questions to find out exactly what I wanted. She showed me pictures to get a better idea and my hair turned out exactly how I wanted it. She also was taking me from box dyed dark dark brown hair to highlighted hair. She did a beautiful job. She is very knowledgeable about color And the cut she gave me was exactly like the picture I showed her that I wanted. I will definitely be going to her regularly now.

I recently got my hair done by Colleen M. and she was absolutely amazing! As someone who has never colored their hair before, Colleen made sure I understood the process step-by-step and made me feel comfortable about it. Colleen is very passionate about what she does and she will make sure everyone leaves feeling happy about their hair. If you are at any point unsatisfied with the results, she welcomes you to come back in free of charge. I highly recommend getting your hair done with Colleen. She is a wonderful person to work with and will go above and beyond to make your hair perfect!
