You need to always check your order, I has a double quarter pounder that did not have the bottom bun. Not sure how they forget that. I live 10 minutes from McDonald's so I could not get it fixed .

The food was okay nothing to write home about but not bad either. All I got was a quarter pounder with cheese and a small fry but the reason I won't give a five-star is because I was the only car in the drive-thru at that time and there was not a car behind me but they had me pull up. I found that very odd. I know drive-thru times are important but if I'm the only customer you have there's no reason I should have to pull up. I would like to say that there was nothing wrong with the burger but the fries kind of tasted like they had been sitting around for a little bit. Again... The food wasn't the issue I just didn't like being pulled up and I was the only car.

Couldn't tell me kiosks worked or not. And didn't acknowledge we were even here. The manner acted hateful and was very unprofessional. Couldn't find a table that was clean. Not from this area, so completely surprised by the attitude of the employees and the appearance of the restaurant. Shame on you Mickey Ds. Update: fries were so cold and the quarter pounder/cheese was dripping so much grease that the cheese slid right off the bun!! One and only time eating here!!!!

I was pull to a parking spot and set for 10 minutes when I got my food and got home which I love 5 minutes from there. My food was cold the meat on my sandwiches was burnt. The customer service was good it's just the quality of the food was horrible and uneatable.

Tried to serve us lunch on a FILTHY tray, barely put any lettuce on my sandwich, and I had to ask the lady 4x for the cups for our drinks. This is not the first time we have had bad service/old food served to us at this location. 0/10. Very disappointing.

Doesn’t even deserve a star! Morning manager rude as hell! Acts like her job is so tough. Not understanding how she can be so mad so early and there was absolutely only 2 cars!!! Do better!!

Team in a rush because they were for sure short handed but they tried hard to keep up I really appreciate that In the other hand the drink machine for sure needs to be cleaned every single drink had a funky taste that's the reason that I'm giving this place 1 ⭐

Consistently bad.. old food. 1 star bc the people are friendly. Wont be back. Really horrible food every single time we come. Not just "fast food bad" but a whole other level of old, cold, dried out food. I went with 5 children, almost all of them wont eat it. Their new "Basket of fries" is a joke. They sell you a medium fry, upcharge you, and pour them in a basket. Wouldnt matter anyways bc my kids dont even want to eat them. Normally the kids will eat anything from Mcdonalds lol. I heard they are having problems finding help. Maybe they should just shut this location down
