The employees there were super nice, informative, and helpful. But h&r block charging me $500 for less than an hr of document inputting is obsurd. Not to mention my return is $1000's less than I've ever received before.. I go there out of convenience, anyone can go online now and do there taxes with no issue for free or a very low price. Tax knowledge is to easily accessible to be charging that much..

I would have rated my experience as a 5. The tax preparer is wonderful and I love the H & R brand. However, the price increases that have occurred every year may become the reason I leave H & R Block forever. When you spend $166 for less than 30 minutes work it becomes ridiculous. There are too many options available that are less expensive and just as reliable!
