Lady I talked to on the phone was not only rude she was aggressive in her tone and wouldn’t even let me ask any questions or say anything at all. Was extremely extremely disrespectful and rude. Immediately cancelled my reservation. I’ve never been treated like that by any professional anywhere. Completely unacceptable. I gave her no reason to act like that and deserve respect, as a person but especially as a customer.

This uhaul location is not open during advertised business hours. They’re only open when the lady running it isn’t out running errands. I had to wait an hour and a half DURING BUSINESS HOURS to get my deposit back because she was gone. I called and she said she was running errands and I would just have to wait till she got back. I was working at the time and lost about $200 from being held up from working. Very unprofessional place

Rented a trailer to haul a car 2hrs away. Drove 10 minutes to home to pick up car. The trailer had lip on inside of tire area. It scraped under car and car wasn't able to get to getbon trailer. Took trailer right back and was charged.
