Lady I talked to on the phone was not only rude she was aggressive in her tone and wouldn’t even let me ask any questions or say anything at all. Was extremely extremely disrespectful and rude. Immediately cancelled my reservation. I’ve never been treated like that by any professional anywhere. Completely unacceptable. I gave her no reason to act like that and deserve respect, as a person but especially as a customer. ~Emilie
