This store deserves a zero star rating because customer service there gives zero help. They never answer the phone. They never go look for what you need. They instead tell you that they don't have it instead of helping you find it. New management is badly needed.

The store is clean and clear of clutter but some of the staff is so rude. I went in the store over 5 times because I purchased a new game Sega Genesis and it had just stopped working only played twice and when I went to the store to exchange it for a new one they keep giving me the run-around from one store to another. The final time I went in Cynthia sent to the other store. When I went to the other location I was told that they could not change anything from that previous location only they can do it. Who ever this Cynthia is she is very unprofessional and rude I will not be going back to that store.
