Came in to buy a Note 20 Ultra and a Note 20 for my family. Hamza and Wally were amazing!!! They both made the experience so easy for me every time i went in. Buying and activating new flagship phones for the first time can be intimidating, but these guys made it so simple. They were very patient and kind to my 3 year old, too. Consider all this, and the fact that we walked in just minutes before close! Their service was top notch! We weren't rushed or treated with anything less than total professionalism. They were well versed on what devices and accessories were best suited for our family's situation, instead of just trying to push the most expensive options to make a quick buck. Hamza and Wally, hands down, provided the best in-store experience i've ever had at a T-mobile store. Warm, welcoming, professional, knowledgeable, patient, and accommodating are words i'd use to describe those two. Whoever hired them is very lucky because as someone with previous management experience and 15 years of customer service experience, i'd want guys like Hamza and Wally running my store. They helped us get the phones we were looking for, all the accessories we needed for them, and my family is happy. I'd recommend coming to THIS location if you want the kind of phenomenal customer service i described. They're the real deal.

I have been a T-Mobile customer for 8 years now and I have been predominately satisfied. However, there have been times in which T-Mobile failed me on billing matters (several times), service support (even on new equipment), and hell I would even say failed me from just the employee's desire to want to be helpful whether this is in store or over the phone. It has been a rocky relationship to say the least. I am not a difficult customer but I do appreciate transparency and I am critical when things are not clear. There have been plenty of times where I considered leaving T-Mobile from frustration but decided to stay to not interfere with the other members of my family plan. With all that being said, I came into this location with some of that frustration built up and I can admit some fault knowing that it had nothing to do with the employees in that particular store. However, despite my blurred perception, the store manager Hani really looked out for me and helped cure all of my problems. He took the time to listen carefully and correct my billing concerns at the moment, to answer the critical questions I had about the newest plans versus my godfathered plan, the value of insurance on these astronomically high cost iPhones, and what to expect per specific detail on my next billing statement moving forward with the upgrades and changes made. As a person who understands responsible and successful management, I know what it takes to juggle and wear the multiple hats that come associated with the position and I was impressed from the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out. Thank you Hani, T-Mobile, & Co. This experience should be the model set forth company and industry wide.

Came in to the store a few days ago and even though the air conditioning was out I had the best service I’ve ever had at a sprint location. Liam and Leah went above and beyond to answer all of my question and were very patient. I also adore my new phone !
