Just bought some treated lumber for a deck rebuild. Man has lumber has gotten higher than a cats back lately. Still seem to get a better price for treated lumber here than at Lowe's or your traditional lumber suppliers(84 and such). Also, the quality of the treated lumber appears better to me than Lowe's. Go see Billy or Sandra at the pro desk!

Just bought this thing. It was in a box. Couldn’t see anything. Got home took off the box and set it up and saw the dents. Why!!!!??? Seeing as I now have to call the store in the am and see what they will do about either $$ back or an exchange…. Call me highly annoyed.

Mark was so very helpful to my husband and I. He saved us money and provided insights into buying the correct extension cord for our new electric lawnmower. If we had bought the wrong one, it could have burned up the motor...yikes. He also took the time to help us figure out which cold air return vents to buy. On another note, he was one of the volunteers of Team Depot who made improvements to my home for my husband who was a disabled veteran. Thank you, Team Depot.

This Home Depot is unacceptable. The management is not kind to customers. I’ve personally had an encounter in which they were rude to me. Also, I have a friend who works there and they don’t treat them well at all. It’s very disorganized, inefficient, and unfair. They don’t treat employees the same across the board, the requests from one manager to the next change by the day, they are biased, and they do not care about their employees. I’ve spoken to my friend numerous times about how they will ask employees (not management) to support underprivileged employees in need. They make millions and yet ask the poor employees to help other poor employees when they are starving or losing their home. This organization is not managed well and needs a SERIOUS transformation.

Fantastic prices on mulch. I usually shop at a competitor where I can use their charge card and get a discount. But this deal was just too good. I should have gotten even more and stored it for next year with all this inflation going up and up

These folks went out of their way to help me get the correct color paint I needed. They even gave me a key to open the paint and a paddle to stir it with. I did not get these items at the last big box store where I bought paint.

I would like to say customer service reps Flame and Nicole are very good at their jobs. I had so many issues at this store BUT they were very patient and helpful. Showed team work!!! They are why I give this store 5 🌟. I really hope their supervisors see this and will be letting corporate know they have two people that are likely overdue for a promotion and raise.

I ordered a stand up freezer and it was delivered on 3/14/2022. We put a glass of water in it and today is 3/30/2022 and it’s still not frozen. I call yesterday to the Trussville location and because it’s past the 48 hour return policy, they said they would not swap it out. So I had to call GE Direct and they are sending someone out to look at it. I am having a large amount of meet delivered next week and I am putting Home Depot and GE on notice that if something goes wrong with this deep freeze and i lose all of the meat they are paying for it. I do want to add that if this is not taken care of I will never shop or buy anything from them again.
