We just stopped in for the restroom. The place was clean and well stocked. The cashier wsd very polite and friendly.

Stopped at this gas station and took my 3 year old in to use the restroom. After standing outside the bathroom for several minutes, I asked the cashier- who saw us walk to the bathroom earlier- if the bathrooms were operational or out of order only to be told that neither men nor womens were working. There were no signs posted anywhere which I commented on and she basically said that wasn’t her job. Very rude and inconsiderate.

Nothing special about this Circle K. Difficult to get to due to location near a major intersection and not great parking. Stopped in on a Monday morning around 10:30 for their great hazlenut coffee. While the cup was filling, I could tell something was off. The coffee going into my cup was watered down. I thought it was just the top-off, so I didn't say anything. I had to ask the clerk to put up the screen where I could get credit for my purchase. When the coffee cooled enough to drink, I found it was very weak with little to no flavor. Basically, it was hot water. I will avoid this locaton now. Also, the radio station was playing so loud through the speakers, you could barely converse with the clerk. Update: i stopped by this morning and spoke with the manager. I told him of the issue I had with the coffee and he told me it was probably a malfunction with the machine and offered to make it right by giving me a cup of coffee. I already had a cup, so I declined until my next visit. He also said he would take care of the loud radio.

Your pumps will be rolling, but not pumping gas for a few seconds. It may seem trivial,, but added up over a day, that's a lot. The pump was at almost .17 before it started actually pumping gas, imagine the loss to customers she the gain to your company if it's doing that to every customer. Wanna try and fix that?

The store is really good staff is always nice but they need to do something about the panhandlers outside usually no less than 3 outside at a time

Lazy employees with the restroom close because they don’t want to clean it during Covid. Poor service! Whole store should close if you can’t service the public.

When I pay at the pump, I do not want to go inside the store just to pick up my receipt. That's the purpose of PAYING AT THE PUMP. Yet every single time I have gotten gas there, day or night they never have receipt paper out at the pump. Then when you go inside to get it the line is do long you realize that fast trip to get gas was not fast at all. There is no run in the store. Inside and out side of the store smells really bad. The attitude of the employees need improving.

Absolutely horrible. Smells like vomit - like perpetually. Always, not just once - CONSTANTLY smells like puke. It's crowded, badly laid out, the vendors are frequently in the way of customers and don't care to move. Lines for days and always busy. Not the worst service I've seen, but still pretty bad. The first time I was there, an unkempt 6'2" 270 lb. employee asked me for a dollar as I was walking out putting my change in my wallet. I have two ways of rating things, one for a typical business, and another for businesses in challenged areas. This place is bad even by Tuscaloosa standards. Personally, I go elsewhere - even if it means I spend more. It's worth it not to be pan-handled by imposing employees.

Any place that smells like vomit gets one star from me. 2nd visit in 3 days I thought it was a fluke the first time around.... If you are in a normal state of mind pump gas if you need to or just pass by...

The employee's at circle k in the city of Tuscaloosa Alabama skyland location thive out the register at Circle K Skyland Boulevard too much I went into the Circle K on Skyland Boulevard on April 21st 2017 at 10:30 p.m. I went to buy some beer which said hurricane six pack $3.49 I went to the cash register to purchase it and when they rang it up it said $6 this happens all the time at Circle K on Skyland Boulevard I do not appreciate anyone trying to sabotage me so to steal out of the register these acts by Circle K are against my will and I will not condone Circle K becoming a criminalistics misappropriation of money organization in Tuscaloosa Alabama when I went to the cashier the cashier was dirty and slouchy his hair was not groomed and look dirty and mangy and he looked like he was not groomed and looked like he was on drugs I do not appreciate that at all and if this problem persists I will be forced to call the higher officials and law enforcement over Circle K on Skyland Boulevard becoming a criminalistick misappropriation of money organization in the public of Tuscaloosa Alabama please help me in these matters of my concern
