This was my first time eating at this location and I haven’t had Panera Bread in years. I love the set up and the convenience of ordering either at a table from the app or at the kiosk machine at the front entrance of the store. I had the barbecue chicken flat bread and broccoli cheese soup yummy yummy. The place was pretty packed but there was still enough seating available. I dined in and enjoyed a little quick family time and some awesome lunch. Great great great food and experience I’ll definitely be back!

Staff was ok initially, but then the food came out cold, and barely edible. When we went to ask about it, they told us to microwave it ourselves in an old microwave that was hidden in a cabinet, dirty and barely usable without any help from them.

Reprehensible customer service. My daughter ordered via Panera’s website for delivery. The food arrived over an hour late, cold, smoothie melted, and incomplete. She called Panera and was told it was a door dash problem. She didn’t order via door dash, Panera contracted Doordash and didn’t take responsibility for the mess and make it right. Upon being contacted a second time, Panera manager still refused to address the issue of their contracted service failing to deliver.

Another terrible chain restaurant with incompetent employees and an ineffectual corporate structure set up to bleed customers dry. Then again, Tuscaloosa is full of them now. I miss when we had good local restaurants and not all these gross National franchises.

The restaurant is ok, the staff is ok but they are always out of something, once out of bread , other time out of pizza, out of salad, soup….. but in general their food is good.

Panera is my happy place :). I look forward to my weekly charged lemonades and the amazing strawberry poppyseed salad. Heaven in every bite. And the soup? MOUTHWATERING. The employees are always lovely and the atmosphere is cozy. Forever a favorite for me!!!!!

Food good. Ready quickly. Not impressed with cleanliness. Several staff members sitting around shooting the breeze. Some staff o it. Water was pouring onto floor with drink fountain. It was reported and took several minutes before initiative to mop up pool on floor. Some seemed more interested in talking with visiting friends than safety of customers. The wet floor sign was out, but clean up?... eventually. I was just passing through, but would be hesitant to patron again. I love panera corporate, but this experience is worse ever for panera.

3 meals told I only needed 2 forks. Handed me my fancy coffee and I had to ask where the food was 20 mins later. They had thrown away order. The to go portion.... did you order the dozen to go? Yes, I've asked for the same 20 mins can I have them .... not be back

Easy and fast to order at the kiosks up front. Food was made fast. Sometimes it can be a little expensive but a good dine-in experience.
