Pretty organized. The store would be good if customers put things back where they were, but the associates were pretty friendly and helpful. Honestly didn't know who worked there, but it was still well maintained. The salon was a great touch as well.

I haven't been in this ulta store up until recently. I wasn't treated very kind a few years ago, I was ignored and even nearly ran over by employees during a busy day. Fortunately this trip more than made up for the past visit. The store was clean and more organized than the last visit. I found everything I needed thanks to a wonderful employee. They helped my sister in law find the perfume she was looking for. It was sold out, but they checked and found more. Very helpful and kind! I will be back.

Just left the store and Gayle was HORRIBLE!!! Heavy set Caucasian female with short cut blonde hair operating the register furtherst from the door. She was rude, tossed my bag to me and kinda rushed me away. First time I was every treated so rudely here. All of the other associates are always very friendly and helpful. If Gayle is here again I'll come back another day when she isn't. My money is just as good and I have spent well over 1k at this location in a single week.

Ms. Kathryn Harris was very patient and understanding when I ran late from the salon. I enjoyed the atmosphere and communication with her. You all should see her at Ulta Beauty in Tuscaloosa. You won't be disappointed.

It was my first time EVER in an Ulta and while i enjoyed looking at all the makeup it was very intimidating being in there. It wasn't super welcoming and the staff seemed more interested in whatever they were doing than interacting with customers. But they all had beautiful makeup on.

Zero Stars….The Manager of this store interrupted an employee who was helping me and my husband find a product on our daughter’s Christmas list and sent her to help another customer who he claimed she was already helping. We had been in the store for several minutes and had already seen the other customer and knew that the employee WAS NOT helping her. To boot the Manager and the employee had been in the back of the store and had come out of what looked like a stock room when we asked for the female employee’s help….and she immediately said “yes, what are you looking for?” You could see the look on the employee’s face when the Manager turned around and told us very rudely that she was already helping another customer. She said “I was? Well, Okay?” …. And actually left us and started helping another customer. The Manager turned around and kept walking and never offered to help us, nor did he send another employee to help us. We were absolutely shocked! We will take our list elsewhere and we will not be back! Time and time again I have experienced very unhelpful rude employees in this store … this time my husband witnessed it too! We, nor our daughter, will ever spend another penny in this store! I really really wish we had not purchased the Dyson hairdryer there last month…it was a very pricey item! I think I will write Dyson a letter and share with them that I was asking the employee about a Dyson wall-mounted hairdryer holder and Dyson hairdryer case when this incident happened! Zero Stars for Ulta Tuscaloosa!!!

My beauty/brow expert was Katherine. She was wonderful. She hooked me up with a wax and a tint and an easy product in my price range to help keep them flawless. This is sincerely the best brow job I have ever had. My husband told me I *have* to see her specifically every time. I feel so confident with my pretty brows! Also, she was so professional, kind, and knowledgeable. She kept it light-hearted and kept an interesting conversation going. There was never an awkward or uncomfortable silence like I have experienced so many times in the past. Seriously, go see Katherine!

I love shopping at Ulta. All of their staff are friendly and so helpful too. I guess this is why I have been a Platinum member for so many years. For every dollar spent, I rack up points and at times I receive 5X points for each dollar spent. On my birthday I receive 2 gifts and a $10 off coupon my next purchase. This Christmas I had enough points saved up that were worth $70 along with a coupon for 20% off total purchase. I bought around $100 for my daughter's Christmas gifts she picked out from Ulta and only had to pay $21 +change. I think that's pretty awesome. I also get my hair done at Ulta. I love Jackie at the salon and now I will not go anywhere else. She has highlighted and taken care of my hair better than anyone else I've ever gone to. I highly recommend Ulta and their salon to others. Very Satisfied Customer, Terri

I absolutely love this location! I came in a couple days ago and the girl Brandi there was so determined to help me find the products that I needed! She recommended every single item that fit my description perfectly and I love the products I bought so far all because she took her time with me while I was being a little difficult haha! She kept every ounce of her patience and thoroughly met my accommodations. Would recommend customers to her!
