The 2 gentlemen on the sales floor were great, however they were afraid to spend much time with me because the ominious looking manager was always watching (LEERING)and giving them (DIRTY) looks like. Your wasting time, stop talking to him. Even i could feel it. I was asking about an over size battery to use with MY TRUCK and a sine wave inverter. I finally left and bought a battery in Prescott at Advanced Auto. They were real nice people and honestly happy to help me. I spent over 400 bucks at advance buying a new battery and parts. Honestly if the heavy set manager ( WHO SEEMS TO JUST LEAN AND GLARE) is there or the wonen with the crazy haircut is there just walk out. I don't think they know when your a retailer the idea is to sell your product not scoul, at your customers. They need to be replaced or retrained. There is alot of money to be made in a small town parts house, with people that do their own work. This manager doesn't seem to want any of it. WHY???

Always receive top notch service. There are some new faces but I've been going to AUTOZONE since early 90's. I've never been disappointed. Today was no different. I purchased a window regulator and somehow the part in box and the Dorman description were incorrect. I explained to Alexander and he came out and confirmed part wasn't right. He made sure I received the right part and went above and beyond to ensure I had the right part when I left. I've installed regulator and ALL is well. Kudos to Alexander. As I was discussing issue with Asst.Mgr, Alexander was assisting another customer who gave him very high praise. Bravo Zulu to you Alexander!!! Thanks to Efren, Michaela and everyone at AUTOZONE Cottonwood.

Been here a couple of times before, great experience every time. Better than the orileys down the road. Can be a bit troublesome to find certain products, but that's no biggie.

My battery cooked itself (thank you steep gravel roads in Jerome) and Dylan braved the emmense STENCH to take it out and put the new one in for me. I'd give 10 stars if I could! Thank you Dylan!
