Michael's is a large craft store with a good inventory. It is my first place to visit when startng a new project.

Shopped here in the past and had a bad experience Should have stayed away from this location. I was purchasing markers from a case and at check out the girl Emily didn't even want to let me hold them. Never had this issue at any other Michaels location. She said because they had people stealing these items.... Im clearly paying. The staff and barley or whatever need more training especially towards people of color. Not shopping at this location for my business or company ever again!!!

Placed an online pick up in store order. When I went in they only could find 1 out of 5 items that were supposed to be in the store. Okay so I ask if I'll have a problem using my reward they tell me no problem. After getting my items they asked if I would mind self check out and I told them I wanted a cashier because I knew there would be a problem with using my reward. Oh no not at all they said. It was he'll even with help. They couldn't figure it out and asked if I wanted a manager so I could use my ten dollar reward....um YES! They girl just kept discounting until she got the ten dollars off. Won't be going back I'm done. No cashiers and self check out.....not worth it.

I like that Michael's has a little of everything. I have a bad habit of bouncing around to different hobbies, and of course they all require different supplies. Michael's has really great coupons and sales, which have saved me a lot of money over the years.

Soooo....to say the least I have had a SUPER upsetting day...Nothing was going right tat'tal.....but then I got to Michaels where I was assisted by a super cute super helpful Anissa....she absolutely made my day. It's the small little things in life that make or break us....I almost broke till I had service from her and the rest of the store. You guys are awesome and if I ever need anything of anything crafts I will most certainly return. Thank you sooooo much.

I love coming to this store and shopping for crafts for my kiddos. The only negatives I have to say is, the store and bathrooms are not very clean and it's not always easy to find assistance.

Walked in for Lemax Halloween Villages for the last month and a half and never had any. However they do have Christmas villages even though we haven't even got through Halloween yet. Massive disappointment.

I like shopping at Michaels. They had so many different items for crafts and jewelry making. There's a wide variety of every kind of material. I could spend hours in this store! Employees are very nice and helpful. I had an overall great experience at the store. They had everything that I needed for a specific last minute craft.

I love this store. Whenever I have money to spend and come here I usually always go for broke. So many fun projects you can do with the amount of products they carry. The canvas for painting is also always on a really good sale or really good price. Nothing is overpriced here and everything is really good quality from what I've bought. I keep going back for more and more things, I can't help it.

This Michael's is a good one! The store is always clean, staff is always nice, shelfs are usually full unless holiday items are bought.
