Depending on which Walmart you go to the one on Tatum and Bell is not organized. Well. Customer service is not up to par. Never has been in the last 14 or 15 years. Treat your employees right and pay them what you think is right and then your customers won't complain. Other than that the location is good.

This store is the worst I've been in. It's dirty, has no help, nothing is priced and three quarters of the self checkouts are always down, therefore you stand in line to check out forever. I'm to the point of driving elsewhere to get what I need. Show Low is suppose to be a great place to live. I'm embarrassed to say I live here. Most of the people aren't even that friendly.

Today Marcia or something like that was working there pointless new self checkouts, and I told her my product would not scan due to a ripple in the packaging, she rudely told me i could put the numbers in, so i did and it charged me for a $49 cd player. i then said to her, “well that didn’t work, it charged me $50” and she responds under her breath saying “you just need to chill out” and proceeded to tell me how rude i was after i called her out for her rude unnecessary comment. she told me “my managers deal with rude people like you all day so go ahead and make a complaint” I WORK IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! i can not imagine EVER talking to a customer like that, and i’ve dealt with WAY worse then the “attitude” i gave her today. HORRIBLE THAT YOU GUYS PAY SOMEONE TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS LIKE THAT!

My major issue is I am unable to find anyone able to help. They seem to be nothing more than place holders. Certainly one should be able to get some assistance. especially from someone knowledgeable and familiar with the store. I like the store, but it can be terribly frustrating.

This Walmart Supercenter is extremely busy. For the amount of customers there is a lack of employees on the registers. This location is not very clean and not organized well. The employees I did have encounters with were pleasant and helpful.

Very busy store that has a ton of merchandise jammed into a tight space, when you combine the tight aisles with a ton of people it makes for an interesting shopping experience. As it is the only option for many things in town it seems as though you just have to deal with it and it appears Wal-Mart has taken the same approach.

The lines were 20 people deep and the self check out line went thru veggies and the bakery area at least 25 people long. Obviously business is good...open more registers with cashiers. People are not pros at checking and bagging and the waits melt ice cream.
