Staff is really nice, good gas prices, and good prices on everything inside the store, we ride our dirt bikes there like everyday to get gas or food!

The clerk doesn't wear a mask at any point, and she and a customer gave me dirty looks/were very clearly talking about me (they looked over at me) right in front of me as they completed their transaction. Considering the fact that I know of multiple people who have died from Covid, I'm not impressed.

I stopped in to fill up the tank today, the older female clerk wasn't wearing a mask and was coughing and sneezing all over the place. I won't be stopping here again. And good luck to all the people who came into contact with her.

I’m in here a few times a year whenever I travel to Sierra Vista and stay at the hotels behind this place. I’ve never had a problem with the pumps and the employees are always friendly to me. Not sure if I’ve just been lucky on the pumps or if there’s some user error there by others. Not sure if I’ve just been lucky on the employees or if it’s how people come in and act towards the employees. They always welcome me and ask how I’m doing as soon as I enter and their helpful with local directions and questions. I’ll be back whenever I’m in the area.

They have the crankiest old something of a person working there all the time. I keep hoping to go in one day and she’ll be gone. I avoid this place at all costs because of her and would highly recommend you do the same.

I went to this Shevron gas station yesterday and this is what happened: It took about 15 minute to get 10 gallon or so of gasoline. It was so slow. I went into the store and the guy said the pump created bubbles in it due to cold weather. I just pretended that I understand it but knew it was a bull. And finally I got her filled up but gas pumping didn't stop, so I had to take the nozzle quickly out of my gas tank and put it back on the pump. There was some spill on the ground. And the pump m/c didn't print the receit. So I went into the store to get the receit and she gave me a wrong one. So I had to correct her to get the right one. Would you go back to this gas station if you are in my shoes? I decided to change to 76 station next time. *The store manager should be fired right away.

I did some research. Tech Ron is definitely a superior product.

New owners just took over and improvements are already showing up. New pumps are on the way but for now they can use some updating for sure. Don't use the far back row as the credit card is broken. Use pump 4 till the replacements come. Nice service and cold AC on the inside.

No news here. Went to this station to use my Safeway rewards only to find that every pump has issues. Pump handles bagged, card slots covered over, buttons that don't work, or displays that can't be read. Had to go inside after moving my car between 4 different pumps. When I went in, I complained about the 95% non-functioning equipment and also the 50 to 60 cent higher price than other local stations. I was told that's because it's "branded" gas. I asked him what the brand would think of his operation? Avoid this station as the perceived savings are lost in jacked up prices and the worst service. I would give it no stars if I could.

Prices at this chevron are consistently 20 cents per gallon higher than all other stations in Sierra Vista, the only reason to buy gas here is to use your safeway points. It's unfortunate that Safeway has partnered with these rip-off artists, if you have 60 points in gas rewards on your safeway card you think you will get 60 cents a gallon off your purchase, but because Doc's is overpriced by 20cents you really are only getting 40 cents off per gallon. Safeway should partner with another station that isn't blatantly ripping us off !!
