They were absolutely amazing with my lab pup. He took an injury late on a Friday evening and the staff stayed late and met early to get him in and taken care of. I don't have a lot of personal experience with Vets doing that for animals that aren't long standing patients.

Love Dr Cobb. She has been a great vet for 3 of my cats unfortunately we had to put down 2 of them and she was so compassionate & caring. Will continue to see her for my fur baby.

They were able to get my two dogs in for their annual visit quickly. The staff were very helpful. We are new to the area and they made the paperwork process easy. The doctor was informative and great with my dogs. And the price was very reasonable. Thank you. We will see you all next year.

We’ve seen Dr. Hunholz for 15 years. Him and his staff are all amazing. I’ve never had a negative experience. They take such great care of our boys.

Expensive. Despite prices, we’ve always had great care here and staff is extremely helpful and nice. All of our animals are seen here. I do recommend.

Every aspect of this clinic is amazing! Staff, techs and vets are just the greatest!! So glad i moved all my animals’ care to Reno! Prices are great and they take such wonderful care of all my fur babies.

My friend recommended Reno Animal to me for my new puppy pal. Very friendly staff and the vet was great. Prices are quote reasonable too.

The vet was AMAZING. She was compassionate, took the time to answer my questions, was non-judgemental and gave me honest responses to my questions from how long I can expect to have with my baby(she's 16 and suffering from liver/kidney issues which we initially thought was diabetes) down to cost, time we had to seek treatment , I mean anything and everything I could think of. Too bad she doesn't have her own practice because I would love to have her as my regular vet. There where two young women who where assisting upfront with check in, one for human info, one for patient check in and both where incredible and calm. Both where just as compassionate and I saw them deal with an arrange of people as well as situations and thru it all they remained calm, respectful and seemed to genuinely care for the animals and person like the vet did. Although I hope I never have to go to e.r with my girl again hands down it's been the best e.r experience I've had animal or human. It's was a little costly but it was again an e.r,Sunday and evening and to be honest ...it was worth the money spent . The only "bad thing " I can even say was wait time but it is an EMERGENCY ROOM so they have to take the animals that come in more severe condition and I understand.

My family and I have been clients of Dr. Hunholz for 30+ years. He's a gentle, kind, empathetic pet-person who is a top-notch doctor. I have never had him try to sell me on useless procedures. In fact, he always lists out the options of care so I can best choose for myself. I would (and have) highly recommend Dr. Hunholz and his staff for their exemplary care.

Amazing folks, my dog's (3 Great Pyrenees) are big baby's! We live 40 miles from Reno Animal Hospital, I am sure there are closer vets but I do not mind the drive due to the fact that my dogs are taken care of. Love the service I will continueto use this vet.
