Called on a Friday at 4, told them what was going on. Asked about working with warranty company (and I already had a ticket open) they asked for some #’s off the old a/c and they had one in stock. Got an appointment on Monday morning at 9, went to breakfast and when we returned it was done. Got paperwork and we were off to our next destination. Really impressed with the service and them working us in and working with warranty company! We appreciate quick and great service on a short notice. Service: Air conditioning

I have a Class C Forest River camper that had bedroom slide problems I contacted BC RV Repair I was advised they have a mobile service, Charlie and Bill came to my residence and a short time later the slide was repaired. These guys are fantastic! They replaced 2 air conditioners and a vent on the top of my 5th wheel after I hit a branch on my way to Gulf shores 😬. They got it in, dealt with my insurance, finished the job months faster than I expected (which I think was about 2 weeks). I wouldn't think about using a different repair shop. I've known Charlie since the 1990s before I even owned a travel trailer. He's always been a good resource for information on a lot of mechanical equipment. Once I finally bought a travel trailer, I knew where I was going to have any service work done. Even now, I have Charlie and his gang continue to add upgrades. They go over in detail what we discuss before work starts and then after the work is done as well.

BC RV Repair is amazing. We had a problem while on a trip from Texas. We called 10+ RV repair places and everyone said they were too backed up to help us. We arrived to their place at closing time on a Friday. They stayed late to repair it. They had it fixed quick and even gave our kids drinks and snacks while we waited. This type of business is very hard to come by. Judging by the amount of RVs in their shop, they too had a lot of work but they made time for us and that says a lot about their business. This is the second time I have used BC RV repair. Previously they had repaired my slide which would not work and did my winterizing. I have a new camper this year and needed winterizing when I came home. I trust these gentlemen to provide accurate and timely work. I was in and out in less than an hour and able to put my camper in storage. They are polite, professional and courteous. I had questions regarding covering my camper and the owner gave me a very balanced pro and cons. They have proven themselves to be very knowledgeable. I will continue to patronize their business for my future needs. I am a travel nurse and encourage all medical professionals to patronize this company. They are an honest company.

We had our hydraulic s for our leveling jacks (pump ) hanging lose and they (Charlie) was able to get it secured and on our way . Thanks folks . We will do business with BC RV from here on out. Great customer service.

Went out of their way to help me out with a problem in my camper while traveling. Even have a great dude that goes to sites and does all repairs possible, then insurance deductible comes off cost if you need to take it in to complete repairs. Really good, friendly folks.
