Went to the store yesterday to upgrade 2 of our phones. Peyton was friendly and knowledgeable! He kept us entertained while we waited for the upgrades to go through. One of the best experiences we have had at the store.

It was terrible. Took my friend to have someone help her on her phone. They had no idea how to fix the phone. I have Verizon. I trying to get her to switch. If you can't help your own customer you need to change something. I have never had trouble with Verizon. I hope she switches.

I had a great experience at the Cabot AT&T store! This was my first time visiting this store, and I was super impressed. When I have gone to other AT&T stores it has taken a long time or been a big hassle- not at Cabot! I was in and it quickly and saved money on my bill. What a win!

He helped me find all the accessories I needed ( including the last sparkly case for my phone model) and take advantage of the accessories promo they had. Jason was easy to talk to and listened to my needs. He also helped me upgrade my new phone protection plan & gave me peace of mind for enjoying my new phone!
