The folks at Smokes are always very nice, even when the window and counter are both busy! Great selection of tobacco products to choose from, and a pretty decent collection of incense and incense holders. Definitely worth the visit!

Have been going here for about a year. Apparently the employees are thieves and the owner doesn’t care enough about the store to offer either a website, phone number, or email for any kind of customer assistance. Prices are normal and employee attitude is what you’d expect from an establishment this size. I buy White Owl cigarillos exclusively for the points you can accrue on the back; the last 6 packs of purchased goods have already been claimed. I don’t appreciate buying a product and having the extra points already claimed by an employee who probably doesn’t even smoke the cigars to begin with. Very disappointed. Tried to approach the manager and she didn’t seem to care.

The lady working was very rude, didnt listen gave us the wrong stuff. She was rude so just asked for a refund and she was even more rude. Was going to call and ask for a mng but no number listed so its going on here.

This place is more than just a tobacco superstore! They have cigarettes and cigars, snuff, dip, and chew. They also have a large selection of vapes and an excellent selection of flavored oils for the vapes. Add to that a relaxing area to chill and enjoy your purchases and super friendly service and it's easy to find a reason to stop by.

Always nice & happy to help you find a deal if there is one to be found. Prices are not bad. 😜 They will let u know what's on sale if u ask. Such as the sells on Marboro etc...staff is super friendly.

Great selection of tobacco products as well as a very courteous staff that makes you feel like family every time you shop. They also have a great lounge section where you can come in, kick back and relax on a big comfy sofa, and watch some tv. Or if your in a hurry the easy to find items and helpful staff will fix you right up and have you on your way. Can't go wrong with this store.

Don't expect cheerful staff that will ever greet you with so much as smile. Selection of products is fantastic, probably the best in the Cabot area. Fairly substantial humidor. The woman that happened to be working the last time I was there couldn't give me any information on when they receive cigars or products in general. They seem to sell Helix Blue cigars but I've only ever seen one which I grabbed as soon as I saw it. The variety is the only reason I would rate it higher than 1 star.
