I absolutely LOVE this store in Dover. Everyone is friendly, fun and helpful. I never go to another PDQ in Russellville, they are rude and hateful. Keep up the great work.

Was at the Dover PDQ going to get gas and cigarettes. And was ask for my drivers license Was NOT told that they were going to scan my license before she scanned them . I was thinking she was just looking at the age ??? Like you could not see by looking at me that I was WAY over the legal age limit. When I ask why she just scanned my license she said it is our policy and if you don’t like it you can go get your cigarettes some where else. I did just that and I my license wasn’t ask for there WILL NEVER Stop There AGAIN.

Very rude to a 10 year old kid told him to leave bc he came in after football practice to buy a drink. Embarrassed very badly. Lady behind the counter was very very unemotional about the whole thing. Could have been nicer. Will not return to this location. Will be going to the other station down the road. Way better customer service.
