Really disappointing that I’ve come here a few times in the last month , once to upgrade , And today to make a payment. All I see is new faces , nothing wrong with that . What’s wrong is the first time the new guy was trying to over charge me for an upgrade that was 149$ and turned into $320 with fees and taxes mind you I qualified for the upgrade price @149.99(n200) he wouldn’t explain to me how it ended up being $300 plus I’m not exaggerating. I believe his name was ahmadd. Today I returned to make a payment . He was trying to force me into an Alcatel tablet for $140 when it’s only $50 plus fees around $90 the most . But the worst part is the way he talks to other employees. I believe the girl was new aswell never seen her before . He was super rude to her and she was extremely nervous. Will be going to another location from now on.
