Krystal is amazing and very helpful. I went into the store to get information about the Frontline program for First Responders. Krystal took the time to explain everything and answer every question I had. I will definitely be going back to see Krystal when it is time to make the jump in my service provider.

This is the worst Verizon I have ever been to - the employees do the absolute minimum to help you . I went in one day an hour before closing and the employees were trying to avoid eye contact with me and then they told me it was appointment only - when no one was in the store! They didn’t even ask what I needed! Then the second day they tell me I can get a phone, get me thru the process, and then say you can’t actually get a phone u have to pay all cash or call customer service. I called customer service, I went back in after being told I could get a phone - and the manager who has been there every single day I went in, seeing me struggle w her employees, standing 5ft away being talked to by her employees about the situation -doesn’t even come to help me at ALL through this process! She is the most minimum effort manager I have ever dealt with. She wouldn’t even explain to the account manager on the phone what was going on. She avoided helping me all three days and didn’t even help her employees helping me enough. This Verizon doesn’t care about its employees or the customers . They just recite policy at you and then cut you off with a uncaring look on their face, saying they can’t do anything. ESPECIALLY the manager. Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Hire new managers. Immediately.

They sold me the wrong phone after erroneously canceling an order I already placed today. The manager then lied to me and Verizon corporate and I was forced to sit on the phone with Verizon for nearly two HOURS while IN the Verizon store because the manager wouldn’t help. Verizon corporate had to demand that the manager reopen the order that she canceled (fraudulently because I had already paid for the phone) and only then she did but not before arguing with corporate first. After all of that she then gave me the WRONG PHONE and OVERCHARGED me $200! I now have to sit on the phone with Verizon for another couple of hours to resolve the numerous mistakes this store has done. I will now have to file a FCC complaint agains then for fraudulent sales and billing.

Regrettably, I have to edit my initial 5 star review. The treatment I received today was beyond words. I have had to exchange my phone twice Each time it has been due to what I assume now is faulty or old inventory, which is not the fault of anyone, just unfortunate. My phone is sluggish and does not work on wifi and updates on a S22 Ultra (there should be no issues with updates as of present day). When I arrived in store, no one even attempted to look at my phone. I called previous to my visit and explained the situation and was not told of my options; even though it was apparent after i arrived, that all the options this store was willing to offer to me were already well known. This information would have been helpful and I would have prefered to understand these options before (really) wasting time and energy coming into the strore. When I arrived, I received conflicting information about options for returning a phone. Generally, I appreciate the help and expertise at this store but my last two visits I have left feeling like I was either rushed, belittled, or disrespected in some way. Of course. I know this is subjective. But, I do not think a customer should be addressed or spoken to as a "kiddo" nor should the address of "ma'am" be used so vulgarly or with a dismissive tone. Additionally, I have been told and overheard staff tell customers that they "can't be expected to know about the specs of the phones they carry" that is a slightly irresponsible remark that can be easily fixed with a redirection of the customer or apology in a customer service minded way. Always with respect and taking care not to be dismissive. That being said I appreciate the individual who initially helped me. If this was a bad day, I understand. I still appreciate them and I hope they understand. Management however did not acted with barely any customer service. I understand being upset and stern and even up front with costumers who are confused or complaining but the dismissive tone is not acceptable. Especially when they were the individual who spoke with me on the phone, greeted me in store and could have at any time looked into my account or physically looked over my phone for the reason I came in. I did not appreciate the why they treated customers or staff. My issue is left unresolved. My experience. You may have a different one. If there are issues with your phone after purchase, it is probably best to handle the situation remotely by calling a Verizon tech or customer line

I came into this store to buy a new phone yesterday, knew what I wanted, and purchased it pretty quickly. The employee i worked with did less than the bare minimum- and rushed me out the door as fast as possible after the transaction. When I tried to set up my new phone at the store, he told me I should wait until I got home, because the wifi available at the the location was not safe. I stupidly didn't question this, and when I got home and tried to set up my new phone, my old phone was disabled before my new phone was able to be fully activated. Now neither of my phones have service, and I can't call anyone to help. I literally would have gotten as more help from a self-check out kiosk.

Pay attention to the reviews below, if you need help especially technical support, definitely go elsewhere. This location is only capable of handling sales and little else. The reviews below indicate a trend in service and customer satisfaction. It's not just whining customers, it's seems like a culture issue at this particular location. The employee I was working with refused to help me, and then when I mentioned that customer support told me to come to the store he proceeded to call them incompetent and that they did not know how to perform their jobs (thought these folks would be on the same team?) He made a point to highlight their high turnover rates and that most of them have little experience. This was the opposite of what I felt talking to phone support. Then, he muted the customer representative on MY phone so that he could talk about how "dumb" the customer support staff was to his manager. He was also very quick, if not demeaning to the phone support staff, cutting them off and acting as if he knew everything to know about the process. This was highly unprofessional, and the manager did very little to refute his behavior. Another customer also came in while I was on the phone with customer support in that location with frustration over service. After that customer had left, the representative who called other verizon staff dumb, and another employee started mocking and making fun of that other customer. I've worked several jobs in customer service and I get that you can confide in coworkers, but doing it in front of customers is super unprofessional. I was on the phone with support for over two hours, and I'm not saying Verizon's phone support is perfect by any metric, but the quality of service you'll get in this location is certainly not up to par. Also, to park at cherry creek mall it costs $2 for up to 2 hours.

Was told my phone support to go to a store to replace a brand new phone that has a defective screen. I went to not only one store but two stores, including this one, only to show up and find the stores closed. You really need to have accurate hours posted online. We can't call the individual stores to verify hours and phone support isn't aware of these stores are closing early. Why should customers have to drive around from store to store hoping 1 is open during normal business hours? I'm missing time from work unpaid to try to replace a 3 week old $1,800 phone that's defective. I rushed to a third store as its now approaching closing time. I pull up right at closing time and they lock the doors as I'm walking up. Now I understand that's my fault for getting there right at closing. I don't blame them. However, the encounters with the first two stores it's absolutely not okay!

So completely disappointed I bought a phone here. Was told I would recieve a $500 visa gift card for bringing my phone in, and even asked for a contract on that to which I was told they didn't have anything available like that. Spent hours of my time the past two months, talking to numerous customer service agents, and came to the conclusion I am not able to get it now!! This customer service agent literally works for Verizon, has a Verizon service plans, and told me she is just trying to get the phone paid off to switch companies- IF THAT TELLS YOU HOW BAD THIS COMPANY IS. Do not go to this location, you'll be lied to so that they can sell you a phone.
