They have always been very nice and helpful, even when hectic. I have always been very scared of going to the dentist and they are very understanding of that. I would recommend them to anyone who doesn't like going, is uncomfortable with or is just plain embarrassed about thier teeth. I was all 3 and they have made me feel much better and have a much better outlook in just 2 visits after the initial one!

everyone there was super friendly! i’ve had really bad experiences with dentists in the past so i was a little nervous about coming, but they made me feel very comfortable! five starts is the highest that o can give them, but i would give them more if i could!

They scam me I am from Washington state down here visiting my family and my upper denture broke they first quoted me under 100 dollars to fix when I went in they charged me 400 dollars they said it was because they didn't originally make the denture so they couldn't charge the originally quoted price. They fix my denture which took them about 1hr to fix.this is a rip off.my dentist at home in Washington said it should of only cost 65 dollars to fix

Very friendly staff from the front desk chek and everyone else that I met that day. they are short staffed but still was so friendly and actully care about there patients. very happy i choice Aspen Dental.

I wouldnt tell anyone too come here they have no idea what there doing or what there looking at went in last week for a sore wisdom tooth and they thought they should pull all 4, 3 days after my wisdom teeth are pulled i still have the same pain and nothin has changed the doctors like to laugh and talk more than doing there actual job, i even told em the part thats bothering me and they proceeded to tell me it from what they see its just a lil but of plaque so i will definetly 100% will not be goin back Update: hes goin to the ER because his throat is swelling shut and his jaw is locked

I would give zero stars if I could. I had a dental emergency and spoke to their call service, who told me they could fit me in as a walk in today. I drove over an hour to their office, only to be told that they don't do walk ins. I will never recommend this company.

I would recommend Aspen Dental to anybody in emergency need of services. I was in excruciating pain and needing an extraction. I got online at 8pm on a Friday to schedule an appointment and they had me in the following Saturday morning at 8 am and within 30 minutes I was out and out of pain. There staff is amazing. They put you at ease and make sure you're comfortable and explain everything that's going to happen. This was my best experience with an extraction ever. The pain after has been no more than a 2 and I'm 72 hours post extraction. Thank you Aspen Dental.

Went in because I had a bad front tooth. Can't even remember how many visits I had, but at least 7 and every time there was a new dentist. They pulled out 4 teeth and made me a partial. When I went into get my partial placed, the technician got it placed, but could not remove it. A dentist and about 5 other techs tried to remove it. They all walked out.I told the remaining tech that I was not pleased. She told me to see if I could remove it. I could not, she walked out and I left the office crying. Got home and worked hard to get it out. I looked at their add online and it said my partial was guaranteed. So I did get my money back, but was left with 4 teeth gone. I know I was not very smart to trust them after not fixing the problem I went in for. Thank God after a year, I went to DDS and they have been wonderful. Please be careful and don't let Aspen do work on you that you don't need.

After a traumatic dental experience as a child, I've had a terrible fear of the dentist. Well, I decided it was time to get needed dental work done. I called Aspen dental on Rogers ave. and Massard. First I had a deep cleaning which went very well. They made sure that I felt no pain and were very patient with me. Today I had two extractions and the worst part was the numbing but again I felt NO PAIN. Hands down the BEST dentist office EVER. From the front to the financing department. The staff in the back WONDERFUL. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DENTAL CLINIC 20 STARS. THANK YOU Aspen Dental Clinic
