First starts with this older lady giving nasty looks the whole time and then when I go to make my purchase for Tostitos chips she says she won’t process my payment until I show her my ID. Since when do you have to be 21 for chips?!🤡

Takes 15+ minutes for a milkshake EVERYTIME. It's like they wait to do my milkshake until after they do the food orders of people, many of which I saw order AFTER me. This has happened the past 3 times I have been here. Twice around 4PM and once around 11PM. People shouldn't be getting whole meals ordered, cooked, and given to them before I get my simple little frozen treat.

Stopped Monday for 2 coffees. It was the worst coffee I ever had at Sheetz The computer coffee machines are horrible and taste is terrible. We have been buying all our coffee at Donkin lately. Sheetz used to have the best coffee around. Sheetz needs to change soon or they will be out of luck. Besides Donkin has a great drive thru for coffee, why dont Sheetz have a special coffee drive thru.

I just want to say this place is amazing!!!!Better than royal farms and 7 11.The staff is so considerate.I was eating in the dining area and instead of sweeping while I was eating ms Carolyn asked and I told her to go right ahead.The politeness.Then Ms Brenda and another lady which I don’t want to ask her,for she told me her name already they grabbed a charger for me to be able to charge my phone and transfer money.Thank GOd for the sheetz staff

I ordered two MTO coffees. I was handed them cold. They were not iced, just cold. I don't know how someone could spend 10+ minutes making a drink and not realize or care that it is cold when they hand it to the customer. Not only am I dissatisfied, I am also mad and uncaffienated.

Employees always wear masks. Curbside orders are pretty good on average. A few times my order took way longer than it should have but it's usually a reasonable wait time. The Baltimore location is faster but Eisenhower does pretty good. My order is always correct

The cashiers that work 2nd shift have always had horrible customer service skills whenever I go in. The one girl named Cherokee was texting someone on her phone right in front of me when she was supposed to be ringing me up at the cash register. There’s another cashier that’s usually there too, he never wears a name tag and he also has horrible customer service skills. The people that work in the kitchen are great, it’s just so unfortunate that some people at this location can be so blatantly rude.
