Not a great store anymore. I've been a regular customer for years. The past three visits they've been extremely lowballing exchange rates beyond shady pawnshop prices. The attitudes and CS has diminished to a simple "eh", or perhaps a smirky glance. I actually left the store for the final time today (strike three). Feels sad but I am not seeing game stores making it much longer in our future. I'm certainly gonna miss y'all (how you were).

Nice staff....a lot of legendary games and systems. Prices for selling suck, prices for buying are good.

I really appreciate the knowledgeable and courteous staff and the stores wide selection of dvds, games, comics, vinyls, trading cards, not to mention the hordes of Funko Pop they carry! Take your old items in to trade for cash or credit!

So I love getting my games here but when you get store credit they give you a small tiny piece of paper that you have to keep up with I went to use my $32 credit I had and the writing had faded to where I couldn't use it so I basically got $32 stolen from me the way I see it... YOU GUYS Need TO GET GIFT CARDS TO LOAD CREDIT because this is not cool

First went to the Game X-Change in Van Buren and had a really good experience there. Found out there was one in Fort Smith and got really excited. Got just as good of an experience from the Fort Smith local. Loads better than Game Stop with a more personal, informal feel. That being said, everyone there is very professional and really helpful. Great spot.

I went there for record albums. And I found a couple. But they do NOT know how to display records. Records (new and used) on a rack in a sunny east-facing window is not good. The windows, however, looked excellently cleaned by Ron's Window Service. I did end up asking about some games for my XBox and the staff member took me right to the needed section. They know games, but not vinyl record storage.

well back when i was a kid this manager named matt had helped me in a lot of things when i was looking for certain games and rare gems since he is promoted, hard to swallow i seen a bunch of drama happening inside the store. all they had was just video games, consoles and accessories, but this was back in the 2000's era where the employees know what the games were, secondly they knew more felt like a gaming community. now i believe the new management is trying its hardest to wrap around their heads they sell gaming monitors, tvs, comics, anime figures, magic the gathering cards etc. and all this time i go in and browse for something that i'm mostly looking for and drama happens out of nowhere and their prices "i'm not going into details", its a business prices maybe scuffed but its how things are running. and their trade-in was like that to begin with just if you're expecting much more with games like say sports titles they're now even worth much when a newer game just comes out, but the newest games are the "Hot" high prices. i remembered i traded in a "rumble vest" for the N64 and they gave me a high price for that long ago. this is all i'm going to say and majority of the stars i gave is my personal opinion the store is great after many years coming back and look to see what they have and if they don't always call and see if they have one in stock or call the other store.
