Bought alot of appliances and tools from this store over the years. Always try to shop local first. Went there to find a battery for the grinder I ordered online . Only reason I ordered it online was because they didn't have one . They didn't act like they caredif they sold anything. Was more concerned about floor that I step on that was waxed. Need to wax foors when stores not open. My last trip there

This is the place to go. The owner and staff are the most nicest people you will ever come into contact with! They sell good quality products and I will never go back to best buy where they sale junk that don't last no more then 2 yrs. I use to buy from best buy but not anymore, this is the only place I will ever shop again for my appliances! I only wish there was a 10 star because 5 star is truly not enough for this place.

Always puts you on hold for 5 plus mins. When you call back it goes straight to VM. They need to hire a person strictly for phone calls. They employees are also very rude. Last time I was in they made fun of the colors of my shirt but happened to be talking to my mom. Not the smartest workers.

Aaron at the Malvern, Arkansas store is first rate. He is professional, polite, and an all round great associate. Everyone in the store provides great customer service but Aaron really stood out on my last visit to this store.

I love this store I've had nothing but great customer service, and a great buying experience, these guys are very knowledgeable about the products they sell. They will price match anything they carry no matter the price difference with no fuss and no hoops to jump through unlike most places they are honest, and It's nice to know that I can shop local and get everything I need!
