Was really disappointed in customer service on the floor. Asked for help in two different departments and nada. Not one store personnel showed up. I used to love Lowe's, always someone asking if they can help you find something. Not so much anymore. 🙁

Good store! I wish after 5:pm they had more staff to help you. If you need advice on something better get there before 5pm because that’s when all the experts go home.

I ordered a large order of drywall, and the materials to go with it. I ordered online and then received email confirmation of the order. A few hours later, I received an email stating the order was ready for pickup. As with my last 4 expensive orders, when my Son arrived to pick it up, it wasn't ready and nobody seemed to have a clue. Once they found this particular order, the person who loaded the items into the back of the pickup, damaged the tailgate of my Son's truck. They broke the handle of the tailgate and severely scratched the bed with the loading cart. The handle is no longer usable. We contacted the store and they are supposed to take care of the truck repair, however in my opinion, they should better train the young guys doing the loading, in preventing damage to someone's vehicle. It is unlikely that we will shop at Lowe's again in the future.

I've had trouble this store many times I went in there asking about plumbing, this time I brought in my old faucet from my home in a box and the employee that followed me around the store 4 or 5 times when I turned around finally asked him for help he wouldn't even look at what I had, he got on the radio and called somebody from plumbing and they said they didn't wouldn't be there for a while snickering and laughing with the associate I was speaking with. I've tried to make returns at this store in the past and as I understood them they were well within Lowe's term policies as I understand them and have been refused. I will never shop here again in fact it deters me from every other Lowe's in the country because the people are unexperienced not willing to help and just all around a nuisance and I don't need it- I will take my business elsewhere

I like how Lowes supports the Vets, with the discounts and reserve parking, but don't apply for a job, had a horrible experience with the manager during the interview process. No preference for Vets given for shift availability, I gave the manager my shift preference and was not hired, He did not even say thank you for your service, that should have been my first clue. Lesson learned, but I did find a great job and very military supportive and appreciated, thank you Blackhills Energy for your support.

Better than Home Depot and they have what I need in stock 90% of the time but it is hard to get assistance from the Lowes associates finding a product or loading your truck if you need it.

I will start by saying the server was a great guy who was spot on when it came to serving our group. I would give hime five stars. The issue was the steak which was supposed to be top sirloin which it might have been on a 20 year old cow. It was so tough you could barely cut it let alone eat it. So if you want to eat there t strongly suggest DON'T GET THE 6 OZ TOP SIRLOIN IT'S TOUGH AS SHOE LEATHER.

Not what they used to be. Lowes used to be friendly and helpful to its customers; now, I can spend 30 minutes in there and the only employee I might see is a cashier. If I do see someone, they definitely don't want to help you out. You also can't return anything anymore. I understand people were probably taking advantage of the system, but I'm in the middle of remodeling my house and I have things I bought that I didn't use. Now I can't return them because I don't have a receipt. Can't even get merchandise credit, even for something as small and durable as a small pack of finish nails. I hate that they don't care for the customer anymore.

For the very well organized place easy to find what I needed and everybody actually seemed happy to help the guy that helped me was actually about to go on lunch but he wasn't mad about it he came and helped me and then went and took his lunch.

I bought a craftsman tool. I used the tool for just a couple hours when it stopped working. I had previously owned this tool and was very pleased with it. After a couple hours it stopped working. I went to exchange it for the same tool. The guy Daniel at the exchange desk was extremely rude.. it was under the 30 days , I had not misused the equipment. He acted like I was trying to rip them off. Very disappointed. I was a loyal customer. Now I understand there return policy includes being made to feel bad for purchasing a defective product . I’m sure you get a lot of people trying to abuse the system. I am not one of those people. Do Better.
